Answer to Question: Trump's Victory in the US Elections!

Question:
There is a question I did not find it a convincing answer to it, which is: How Trump beats Clinton by a wide margin, given that opinion polls prior to the election on 08/11/2016 indicated Clinton was strikingly ahead of Trump? Also, Trump's statements during the election campaign were fiery on all fronts: on Europe, China, Saudi Arabia, and Muslims in general, and even Korea... There was praise in his remarks to Russia and Bashar... Does this mean that American policy will change, especially in Syria? Thank you, and Jazaka Allah Khair.

Answer:
To become aware of the reality of the answers to the questions above, one must review the following:
US election law, contrary to the normal situation, which depends on people's opinions and measuring the number of votes, instead each state has a number of votes in the Electoral College consisting of 538 electors. The candidate who receives the most votes in a state even by 1%, s/he wins all the votes of the state. For example, if a states population is 2 million and it has 20 votes in the Electoral College, then if one candidate wins, for example 51% of the popular votes and the other wins 49%, the winner of the 51% receives all the 20 electoral votes, and not just the percentage of the actual votes that he won, that is, it is not (51% * 20 = 10.2), about 11 votes, and the other candidate 9 votes, rather he receives all the 20 votes
Thus, a candidate may win the majority popular votes but may not win the majority electoral votes, as this depends on the state's population density, the number assigned to it in the electoral college votes, and the ratio in which a candidate wins the other.
Whereas polls are dominated by the popular votes, and not the Electoral votes, and therefore the majority of the popular votes may not agree with the majority of the electoral votes as we have mentioned, and this is what actually happened. Clinton won a majority of: 60,556,142 total votes at 47.6%, while she received 232 electoral votes... Trump won less popular votes, 60,116,240 or 47.3%, but he won a majority of the electoral votes; 306 votes... (US Presidential Elections 2016 8 November 2016).
On the other hand, the financial, political and security influence that accompanies the candidates, and the actions that do not take into account any value, rather, every candidate exhausts his energy without regard for the good and bad actions... All this affects voters into a certain direction. For example, stirring Clintons issue, FBI Director James Comey has announced about 11 days before the election a new investigation regarding Clinton's use of email... (BBC Arabic, 13/11/2016) This stirring had an impact in the elections so that Clinton declared James Comeys announcement of a new inquiry into her use of email while serving as secretary of state shortly before the election day had a significant political damage to her campaign, she added, Comey's letter raising doubts were groundless, he declared that I should face no charges but this had a negative impact on the election results." (BBC Arabic, 11/13/2016).
Moreover, Republicans were preparing the atmosphere that America needs change to save it because of what they stir of its declining international level under the rule of the Democrats. For example, Republican Dick Cheney, former US Vice President in a book written by him and his daughter Liz Cheney, former deputy assistant secretary of state, titled Exceptional: Why the World Needs a Powerful Americain which excerpts were published in April (Reuters, 04/08/2016) and released in September, two months before the elections. Cheney writes, "Unfortunately, at a time when we are facing the clear and existing danger of a terrorist threat growing rapidly, President Obama weakened our strength dramatically and abandoned America's allies and emboldened our enemies." This is in addition to the financial community, political intelligence effects, and the hidden powers of each of the candidates! And then the exploitation of the Jewish lobby to win their votes. Trump said in an interview with a Jewish site, Israel HaYom newspaper published on 05/11/2016 that "his love of the Jews and their entity was for a very long time." He said, "We will protect Israel and you should not forget that Israel is the ray of the great hope for us in the region, so Israel is very important." Trump also promised to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
2. The election campaigns in capitalist countries, especially America, are the campaigns of "hanging the laundry" for each of the candidates, for they have no reservations about scandals, insults, abuses, and they search for all the flaws or sins of the candidates. However, this time it surpassed all the previous ones, for it has clearly shown the sinking level of the candidates and the decline of their rhetoric. It was dominated by personal accusations, involved reputations and it did not appear that they have ideas and effective solutions for America's worsening problems. The weighting of many Americans was who is bad and who is worse. This reflects the decline of America to the bottom, with the worsening internal and economic problems and crises and increasing divisions in the American society deepened by Trump's remarks... Colin Powell, a member of the Republican Party and former US Secretary, has described his partys candidate, Trump as a national disgrace and an international pariah... (BBC Arabic, 14/09/2016). Whereas, Hillary Clinton has been considered by some as careless and unfit for presidency. The evidence for that is her use of her personal email server to send confidential information during her tenure as secretary of state. The FBI had investigated the US presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton (regarding her email, when she was secretary of state... and the Justice Department is considering whether this neglect constitutes an offence...) (BBC Arabic 02/07/2016). All of that shows the decline which America began to descend towards. Since it did find except these two candidates and they are the best of what it has, this indicates the impending fall of America... this is in terms of what characterizes the electoral statements of "hanging the laundry"...
In terms of credibility in implementing these statements, they are almost devoid of any significant credibility except by what fits the arrogance of the Republican style and the deception of the democratic style... So the electoral statements are not taken as a true measure of the implementation policy of the candidate after his election... This is sensed and witnessed, as Obama has filled his campaign shouting that he will close Guantanamo prison, which now remains at a standstill at the end of Obamas two electoral terms! Even Trump himself has started to manipulate his statements:
- Trump called for a "total and complete ban of Muslims from entering the United States, to adopt special id cards mentioning their religion, and to a establish database for them and called for surveillance against mosques in December 2015 (BBC, 07/12/2015), but he said afterwards about his promise, It is just a suggestion not more... (Al-Jazeera, 11/11/2016). However, he will remain using the style of threatening and intimidating Muslims, even if he will not implement his claims.
- In the Iranian nuclear file, he said he will revoke the agreement but is not expected to do so, instead he will show firmness towards it to fool the people that he is against Iran, for he realizes that Iran revolves in the orbit of America and implements its policies. Which indicates that he contradicts himself in his statements or that he deliberates contradiction to scare the counterparty and to delude the Americans and rouse their feelings that he is going to do something that the predecessors did not do. It is like he has taken that approach for deceiving to cover the defects of America and its inability to implement it.
- US President-elect Donald Trump said in an interview with CBS that he will deport some three million illegal immigrants out of the country... Trump added in the interview, "What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records gang members, drug dealers we have a lot of these people, probably 2 million, it could be even 3 million. We're getting them out of our country or we're going to incarcerate. But we're getting them out of our country, they're here illegally". The Republican president continued saying that once the border is secure, immigration officials will make a determination on the undocumented immigrants in the United States... And on the issue of building a wall between the United States and Mexico, Trump said that the wall he plans to build along the Mexican border may have some fence sections, saying that "it could be some fencing... but in some areas more appropriate to build a wall, I'm very good at this, it's called construction"...) (CBS, Alhorah, 13/11/2016). Clearly he is manipulating his remarks; so after he said the deportation of about three million he reverted to interpret and exclude, and even in the fence he reverted to give details of it being part wall, part fence... and this confirms that his style is threats and attacks on others and is willing to back down........
- Trump has already said that "NATO is obsolete," and pointed out that Washington's involvement alongside its European allies if they were attacked by Russia, contingent on the European financial contributions to the alliance's budget. (AFP; Alkhaleej Newspaper, 11/11/2016)
In the meantime, the current US president, Barack Obama said: Trump told him he would remain "committed to a strong and robust NATO alliance (BBC, 14/11/2016)
3- As for the change of US policy on key issues traded in the era of the former president, the broad outline is not expected to change, but the styles may change. The American system is controlled by different institutions, each with its own powers that increase or decrease, for example the President and his administration, the Pentagon, the Congress, the National Security Council, and the security services... and this affects maintaining the outline of US policy almost invariable with differences in styles. To clarify that I will address the subject of Syria mentioned in the question:
- Obama supported Bashar but does not openly declare it; instead he said there is no future for Bashar in Syria... Bashar is not to be negotiated with... we have no objection to negotiate with Bashar but there is no presence for him in the transition phase... no objection of his presence in the transition stage but has no role in the governance of Syria after that... and finally he said no objection for him to take part in the presidential election!! Whereas Trump he says it in one shot; Bashar is fighting terrorism so he is the active ingredient and the priority to eliminate terrorism and not Bashar. The Guardian Newspaper said that, Trump reiterated that the alliance with Russia and Syria to defeat ISIS is the preferred policy to deal with the Syrian crisis. Trump was quoted saying to the Wall Street Journal that he does not like Assad at all, "but to strengthen his regime is the best way to eliminate extremism, which flourished in the chaos of the civil war that threatens America" (Al-Jazeera, 13/11/2016). Trump had expressed his opinion regarding the Syrian crisis in an interview published in the New York Times in July, saying, "I believe that we must first get rid of Daesh before getting rid of Assad." As for what he promised in his campaign to send tens of thousands of soldiers to Syria and Iraq to fight ISIS, he said he would send with them NATO forces as well as... News agencies reported on 04/11/2016 Trump's remarks in which he said: We will use military force only in cases where it is vital from the point of view of ensuring the national security of the United States..., and this is what every former and coming American president says, and they have no hesitation to brutally aggress on any country pretext of national security even if enveloped by blatant lie!.
- Also, Obama was preventing the supply of effective weapons for the opposition citing the fear of them falling into the hands of terrorists... and Trump declares preventing weapons from the opposition in one word and does not care if they fall in the hands of the opposition, or not. The Guardian Newspaper said Trump expressed his intention to end US support for the armed Syrian opposition despite their request of help from him... (Al-Jazeera, 13/11/2016).
- Obama also excludes Europe from the Syrian crisis, so he excludes it from Lausanne, but the next day appeases it with a meeting which neither nourishes nor avails against hunger.... But Trump is not concerned of appeasing Europe, instead he yells in the face of Europe like nothing! And doesn't care about their reactions despite their severity. French president Hollande said about Trump: He makes you want to retch" and the British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson described him as a "clearly out of his mind". Italys Prime Minister Renzi considered Trump a man "who invests a lot in a policy of fear". The European Parliament President Martin Schulz, said "Trump is not just a problem for the EU, but for the whole world."...) (Asharq Al Awsat, 11/11/2016). German Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen addressed Trump through the German TV Z.D.F. on 11/11/2016 in response to Trump's statement that Washington's involvement alongside its European allies if they were attacked by Russia, contingent on the European financial contributions to the alliance's budget, saying: This is not something where someone can say: The past does not matter to me. The values that we champion together do not matter to me, but instead try to get as much money out of it (NATO) as possible... NATO is not a business, it is not a company... (Reuters, 10/11/2016)
- Obama relies on Russia for its brutal attacks on Syria, but he declares to be against Russia's brutal attacks...! From the aspect of bluffing and trickery to the opposition... but Trump depends on Russia in broad daylight and praises Putin and even puts him ahead of his president Obama and his rival Clinton! He says, Putin has been a leader far more than our president [Obama] has been... (BBC, 14/11/2016)... Trump added that Putin has outsmarted Clinton, he has outsmarted her in Syria... (Sky News Arabic, 10/20/2016). Thus, Obama and Trump both deal with Russia to serve the interests of America but with different styles helped by Russias inferiority complex to become a European or a Western country and to return a superpower and restore glory to the era of the Soviet Union. Russia's parliament erupted in applause upon the announcement of Trumps victory, which confirms the severity of the Russian stupidity!
From all of the aforementioned, it shows that the broad outlines of the US politics do not differ between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, but the styles vary.
4. The reason for this is attributed to the background of the emergence of the two parties. The Republican Party does not care much to appear in the democratic impressions that they loud-mouth, but is predominated by a cowboy attitude saturated with arrogance and it has emerged from this milieu and still it prevails it... And the cowboy culture tends to the person who shows strength, beats and kills the other, blows up here and there, and spoil this and steals that and no one can oppose or challenge him, but should keep silent and surrender. Nor do they care about the crimes of killing innocent people, as they are prevalent in their country, and they love to bear arms and use them as fancies. The US Senate rejected on Monday a proposal of the Democratic Party that allows expanding investigations of the criminal and psychological history for those interested in purchasing individual weapons... (and the Republicans voted on Monday, 20/06/2016 against this measure, which Democrats are trying to pass for years, and vote result was 44 with and 56 against the proposal...) (Russia Today, 21/06/2016). Thus, the Republicans do not care about the regulation of gun possession because of the control of producers and arms dealers lobby on the Republican... From this standpoint Trumps style comes, for it is the style of the man who appears like a strong man and his country is powerful to regain its prestige through threats and extortion, whether he implements them or not and retracts and resorts to another style. For he is like how he said, "I want to be unpredictable." (Reuters 10/11/2016). Thus, he will resort to intimidating others to make them accept the American policy or surrender to it or fear opposing it, thus his remarks came floundering in four directions! It was clear his hatred of Islam and Muslims... and went down in China square... did not escape from him his followers in South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Iran... and he strongly and provocatively attacked Europe as if he deliberately does that! This is in terms of the style of arrogance... but he will also use the traders scammers style where he will blackmail other nations and want to win and make others pay America the costs and more. Therefore, it came in his remarks:
- Saudi Arabia is a rich country and they should pay for what they get from us in politics and security. He said, Saudi Arabia is going to be in big trouble pretty soon, and they are going to need help, if it werent for us, they wouldnt be here, they wouldnt exist. (NBC TV, 19/ 8/2016) in a move to blackmailing it and takes all its deposits in America, especially since Congress passed a law called Gasta that forces Saudi Arabia to pay compensation to the Americans on the of 9/11 in 2001 events in the World Trade Center in New York.
- Trump said during his campaign that he wants to withdraw US troops stationed in South Korea as the last did not pay a greater share of the cost of the deployment of these forces, which has a population of 28,500 US troops in joint defense against North Korea framework.
- He asked Europe to pay more in the NATO budget, and said that ("NATO is obsolete," and pointed out that Washington's involvement alongside its European allies if they were attacked by Russia, contingent on European financial contributions to the alliance's budget.) (AFP... Khaleej Newspaper, 11/11/2016 CE)
- With regards to the climate, he said, Environmental constraints on the companies making them less competitive in the global market, and he described climate change as hoax. Thus, the extent of the financial blackmail that Trump seeks even with his clients and followers becomes apparent!
5. Whereas, the Democratic Party is predominated by deception, appearing in the false democratic impressions and imitating the English style. It provides poison enveloped with fake fat, and kills you with a smile, while the Republican party offers the pure poison, so it kills you while biting on its teeth... Democratic presidents therefore are better able to deceit and win the trust of dupes, whereas Republican presidents do not deceive anyone because their enmity is blatantly declared. This can be seen when reviewing peoples vision of examples of not-so-distant history of Presidents of both parties; thus, Reagan, Nixon, Bush Senior and Junior from the Republican party and their arrogance especially towards Islam and Muslims in an exposed provocative aggressive manner and their fangs are prominent... and Kennedy, Carter, Clinton and Obama from the Democratic Party and their cunningness, deceit and guile to Islam and Muslims and their grins are transparent... Mr. Bush utters by the crusade war whereas Clinton cites a Quranic verse in Cairo... and both are plotting a scheme against Islam...! That is just as we said earlier: "Democratic presidents therefore better able to deceive and win the trust of dupes, whereas Republican presidents do not deceive anyone because their enmity is blatantly declared."
6. Even in the logo of the two parties, there is a difference in connotation, fits what we have said. Since the American cartoonist - German origin - Thomas Nast in (1870 and 1874), published a drawing in Harper's Magazine showing a picture of a donkey wearing a lions body to scare a group of animals, among them a giant wild elephant that smashes his surroundings... Since then the donkey has become the Democratic party logo, and the elephant became the logo of the Republican party, and the two logos reflect the image of the two parties. Thus, it was circulated during the election campaign in 2008, two images that show in the first a donkey embodying the Democratic party logo, ridden by a woman in yellow dress symbolizing Hillary Clinton, and behind her a black young man symbolizing Barack Obama, and each one of them offers a carrot to a donkey tied at the tip of a long stick, which was an expression of the time for an election based on a "carrot and stick" strategy of the Democratic party. In contrast, another image appeared in the same campaign which highlighted the two candidates, too, in reference to the time of John McCain and Mitt Romney - a Republican riding an elephant (representing the party logo) and both of them were beating it with sticks symbolizing the conservative Republican politics that rely on the "firmness and force."
Thus the actions of Trump are not a new innovation of the actions of the Republican candidates, except to the extent of personal characteristics that distinguish a person from another, but the general characteristics of the Republican Party remains almost applicable to all the party's candidates with the exception of personal characteristics as mentioned above.

In Conclusion:
A.  The broad outlines of US policy established in the era of the former president does not change any significantly, especially towards Islam and Muslims, and more specifically towards the Syrian crisis, whether the president is a Republican or a Democrat, because the American policy is determined by institutions, each with some of influence that increases or decreases
B.   The electoral statements are not a measure for the practical implementation of international relations, or solutions to external problems
C.  America will continue to use Russia in its war on Muslims who revolted against its systems and its regimes. As well as to use it to counter Europe, because it wants to limit the rebellion Europeans as it considers them as its younger brothers and itself is the big brother, and to stop them from distracting its projects and policies and in the areas of its influence, and their independent work outside its will and its umbrella and their attempt to form a political, military and economic independent force.
D. Among the new administrations styles are intimidation, ridiculing and attacking on those who it counts enemies, as well as practicing arrogance and haughtiness. Therefore, the best approach for other countries which respect themselves is not to comply and not to succumb to its pressure and not to fear its threats for they are all but a storm in a teacup. Instead, they should proceed in defiance of America and confront it and work to remove it from the area. This is because when America was in its peak during Bush Jr. era, France formed an axis with other nations to oppose America and it was able to affect it, so how about today when it is declining to the bottom?!
E.  It seems that the US administration headed by Trump will use extortion as it seemed to compel states to pay, for it is left with no other trick but this. In this case, the other states should not surrender to its blackmail and to excite the public against it.
F.  As for the revolting people of the Islamic Ummah who are a grand and solid thorn in the throat of America, haunting it and does not let it sleep quietly, they should continue their revolution and struggle, and they are victorious, bi'ithnillah, over America and on all the colonial powers. For they have rubbed its nose in the sands of Iraq and the soil of Afghanistan... and they should know that America is weaker than the spider house, it has worn and eroded, and is tapering towards the fall. However, the Ummah must be caution of the American agents, the followers and the subordinates, for they are the gates for America in the Muslim lands... And that the Ummah should head toward the conscious sincere people who will lead it, bi'ithnillah Allah, to the salvation, the liberation and the glory, and returns back as it was holding the glory from its two pillars:
????????? ?????? ??????? ?????????? ????????? ??????????? ?????????????? ???????????? ???? ??????????? ????????????? ?????????? You were the best nations ever to be raised for mankind: you enjoin what is right (maroof), forbid what is wrong (munkar), and believe in Allah. [Al-i-Imran: 110]
... ????? ??????? ???????????? ????????? ??? ????? ??????? ???? ???????? ????? ??????????? ????? ????? ???? ???????????? ????? ??????? ????????? ????? ????????? ???????????? Then there will be an oppressive rule, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood. (Narrated by Abu Dawood Tayaalisi)... And that is no great matter for Allah.

An Oppressive Rule and a Bewildered Child!

The central court of the Jewish entity sentenced the Palestinian child Ahmad Manasrah (aged 14) to 12 years in prison in additional to imposing a fine of 180,000 Shekels (approximately 47,000 USD). That was after being found guilty of attempting to undertake a stabbing operation on the 12th of October 2015 in the usurped Pisgat Zeev neighborhood, alongside his uncle Hasan Manasrah, who was martyred in that attempted stabbing. That was whilst the child, Ahmad Manasrah, was badly injured after the occupation forces ran him over and was then exposed to threats and verbal abuse with horrid cursing after being injured whilst urgent medical attention was not provided to him.
Approximately 700 Palestinian children are arrested and interrogated every year and most of them are imprisoned. The Palestinian Centre of Human Rights stated that since the year 2000, more than 9000 children have been arrested by the Jewish occupation forces. The Palestinian Childrens Defense Movement indicated according to recent statistics that 1260 children had been arrested during 2016, 330 of which include children between the ages of 12-15 years.
It is worth mentioning that the general prosecutor in the Jewish entity and central court delayed sentencing Manasrah until he had reached age 14 as the law states that children under the age of 14 are not allowed to be incarcerated. That was so the sentence could be implemented practically upon him. The court did not take into consideration the serious injuries he sustained or the verbal abuse and assault that he had been exposed to, his poor treatment in the hospital or scream tactics during the interrogation. The issue of Manasrahs arrest and the harsh treatment that he was exposed to in the occupiers prisons, in addition to the unjust sentence against him, has shed light upon the hundreds of detained children subjected to arrest and detention within the occupiers prisons and who are held in terrible conditions. That is because he (Manasrah) is only one of 400 of the children of Palestine detained in the Jewish entitys prisons who are subjected to routine torture, bad treatment, solitary confinement during interrogation, being beaten and kicked by the military occupier officers, threatened with sexual assault and other forms of disgusting treatment which are contrary to what they call the International law and Childrens Convention. Based on witness testimonies from the detained Palestinian children, the Childrens Defense Movement obtained information that the interrogators and occupier soldiers use threat tactics, either with death, like what happened to the child Ibrahim al-Titi (15 years old) from Al-Fuwar camp in Hebron (Al-Khalil), or with the violation of the (childs) honour, like what took place with the child Wajeeh Al-Khateeb (15 years old) from the Qalandia camp. That doesnt even include the beating, insults and screaming that occurs during the interrogation. Additionally, the occupier court in Ofer recently extended the detention of Osamah Zidat (14 years) until the 21st of this November under the excuse and pretext of completing legal procedures whilst his family is not permitted to visit him since his arrest
O (so-called) civilised or advanced world! For how long will these human violations go on for? For how long will you look over and ignore the oppression and the oppressors?! Children, at the age of blossoms, are having their innocence violated and are being flung into the depths of prisons without mercy or justice. That is whilst the western civilised world watches on and does not consider them to be children that the childrens or (even) human rights apply upon, those rights which they dont stop babbling about when it is related to the matter of the implementation of the Islamic rules!
O Muslims: Verily, Palestine and its stationed people are a trust upon your necks. This child Ahmad and others like him are a living example of your betrayal. So, for how long will this betrayal and abandoning go on for until you bring victory (Nusrah) for its people, women and children?! How long will you be blind to this terrorizing mental and physical torture against the young and innocent! You have even fallen short in speaking out against it and we dont even hear words of condemnation or grief in relation to these despicable acts any longer! So what more are you waiting for to happen? For the fox to come to your place of honour and eat your grapes if you still have anything left! And you, O officers and soldiers of the armies, until when will you be held up in your barracks, incapable of supporting your brothers? Does not what is happening call you to deploy?!
???? ??????????? ???????? ????? ??????? ?????? ? ????? ???????????? ????? ??? ??????? ?????????? ???? ???????? ? ??????? ???????? ??????????????? ???????????????

The Election of Trump as US President

Press Release
???????????? ????????? ??? ????? ???????? ????????? ???????????? ???????????? ?????? ????? ??????????? ?????? ????????????? ????? ????????????
And thus We have placed within every city the greatest of its criminals to conspire therein. But they conspire not except against themselves, and they perceive [it] not [Al-Anaam: 123]
(Translated)
News of the election of Donald Trump as Americas president created noise and clamour in the whole world and his election shocked the financial markets in Europe, Asia and America. In addition, German Chancellor Merkel expressed her reservation about his election, stipulating his respect for democratic principles and values for the continuation of cooperation with him. The French president also expressed his reserve about Trumps statements which oppose common shared values, whilst European foreign ministers called for a meeting to be held to discuss the ramifications of his election.
As for what Trumps election means for the Muslim masses? Then there will be nothing new in respect to the furnace of animosity of the head of Kufr (disbelief), America, towards Islam and the Muslims. Was Obama the democrat a friend of the Muslims?! Or his Republican predecessor Bush Jr?! Have the American policies across consecutive rulers in the White House held anything for Islam and the Muslims other than deep-rooted hostility and unabating continuous scheming to control and dominate our lands, steal our wealth, plunder our natural resources, support despotic rulers and exert effort to prevent the return of the Muslims unity under the shade of the rightly guided Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood?
George Bush previously declared a crusader war against the Muslims when he launched his aggressions against our people in Afghanistan whilst his war in Iraq exposed his determination to destroy it. Then Obama came and attempted to deceive the Muslims with his embellished speeches in Ankara and Cairo in 2009 and in Jakarta 2010. That was before he bared his teeth through his complete support for the murderer of Damascus in an attempt to suppress the revolution of Ash-Shaam.  Even though he had criticised George Bush for the use of drone planes, whilst he was on the side of the opposition, he nevertheless, after assuming the rule, escalated the rate of attacks by drones; spreading terror, murder and destruction in the corners of the Muslim lands from Afghanistan, Pakistan to Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and Syria
Yes, we are addressing this from the basis of the Islamic Aqeedah (belief) and consequently we will not see anything from the rulers of America except deep-rooted animosity and hostility against Islam and the Muslims. That is regardless of the superficial changes in the faces of the occupants of the White House because the firmly rooted reality is that America will continue in its transgressions in respect to its policy that aims to fight against Islam and Muslims. Regardless of its apparent might, this will never continue without end, the falsehood (Baatil) will perish as the days revolve amongst the people (in terms of difficulties). When the Muslims hold fast, with their Iman, to their Rabb (Lord), prefer the pleasure of Allah to this temporary life, and support the cause of Allah via the work for the implementation of His Shara. That is because they are capable of saving mankind from the woes and afflictions of America and take the people out of the darkness of Kufr (disbelief) into the light of Islam, from the oppression of the capitalist civilisation to the justice of Islam, and from the narrowness of the life of this world into the vast expanses of the Hereafter. This is His promise and it is the promise of Al-Haqq (truth), and hopefully it will be soon.

CMO_SigflattAllah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me [An-Nur: 55].

The Abduction of Al-Hajj Abu Maalik in East Ghoutah is a Mark of Disgrace upon His Abductors

On 11/10/2016, last month, Ghoutah witnessed a terrible crime which was extremely cowardly and vile, against the carriers of the Dawah calling to the implementation of the Shara of Allah and remaining form upon the Haqq (truth). This was manifested in the abduction of the thinker and politician Al-Hajj Abu Maalik, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Syria, who had not been dissuaded previously, when he was detained by the tyrant of Shaam before the revolution, from continuing to procced towards his objective of resuming the Islamic way of life to please Allah Azza Wa Jalla. However, his perseverance upon the Haqq (truth) and his proclaiming of the word of Haqq disturbed the sleep of his abductors and shook their tyranny, which drove them to perpetrate their crime, believing that through this action, they could extinguish the light of Allah and silence the voice of truth, in an effort to please their masters.
The heads of the armed groups who have control over Ghoutah and claim to be protecting it, bear the responsibility of this heinous crime. That is because they have been asked to pursue his abductors and prevent the repetition of these despicable crimes. Otherwise, they do not deserve to be in the position of responsibility in respect to providing security and protection to the people and they should leave this responsibility to those who deserve it, from amongst the noble and honourable people of Ash-Shaam who do not fear the blame of the blamers in Allahs way.

The hope, and all hope, rests in our people in East Ghouta, those who mobilised against the corrupt situation that brought difficulties to the land, delayed the victory and made their suffering go on for longer, that they now mobilise again to prevent the current oppression and to take the oppressors to task to purify the revolution from them. And their mobilisation and protests needs to be productive with a clearly defined objective that everyone adopts. That means making Ash-Shaam the support point for the Ummahs project of the rightly guided Khilafah state upon the methodology of the Prophethood. And it means that these protests must be based upon the level of awareness that makes the people of Ghoutah not accept any patchwork and distractive solutions. It was related from Ubaadah Bin Saamit (ra) that he said: ?????????? ??????? ??????? ????? ????????? ???????????? ??? ??????????? ?????????????? ?????? ??? ????????? ????????? ????????? ?????? ??????? ???? ??????? ?????????? ????????? ??????? ??? ??????? ??? ??????? ???????? ??????? We gave our pledge of allegiance (Baiah) to the Messenger of Allah upon hearing and obeying, in what we like and what we dislike, and that we would not dispute the affair (authority) of its people, and that we would stand up for or say the truth whitherever we were, not fearing in Allahs way, the blame of the blamer (Related by Al-Bukhaari).

Pakistans Liberal System is to Blame for the Countrys Drugs Epidemic which is Destroying the Lives of its Youth

A recent shocking report prepared by a non-government organization (NGO) stated that 44 to 53% of students in elite private schools in Islamabad were addicted to drugs. Students claimed they obtained the intoxicants from fellow pupils, street vendors or even teachers. The average age of those addicted to drugs in these private schools is 12-19, but some as young as 8 have been reported. There is also a significant drugs and alcohol problem in the countrys colleges and universities. Recently newspapers reported that three boys from a renowned university were rushed to hospital due to consuming poisonous alcohol, one of whom sadly died while the other two remained in critical condition. The findings of this report which surveyed 44 institutions was presented to Pakistans Senate Standing Committee on Interior and Narcotics. The Committee Chairman, Abdul Rehman Malik consequently stated that he declared a war on drugs and that mandatory drugs tests should be performed on students in educational institutions to prevent this trend of drug addiction.
It is ironic that Pakistans rulers declare a war on drugs while simultaneously presiding over and celebrating their liberal system whose values provide the ammunition which fuels the drugs culture in states the world over. Successive secular regimes in Pakistan have implemented an open-door policy to the import of the destructive liberal beliefs and lifestyle of Western nations into the society through media, education, organisations and other avenues and conscientiously promoted them amongst the population while simultaneously minimizing the teaching of Islam in its educational institutions. This liberal culture nurtures a hedonistic, self-gratifying mentality and lifestyle of simply pursing individualistic desires and pleasures and living for this Dunya and for the moment, with no regard for the harmful consequences in this life or the Hereafter. It is hardly surprising therefore that Pakistan as with other Muslim countries whose governments have followed the heels of Western states in embracing this toxic liberal system is now plagued with the same self-destructing drug and alcohol culture afflicting youth in the West. Furthermore, when Pakistans secular leadership doggedly imitates and showers admiration on the flawed Western political system, following its shadow slavishly in political, economic, and social matters, it inevitably conveys the deleterious message to the youth that the liberal lifestyle and system is the superior way of life that should be adopted.

The drug problem affecting the youth of Pakistan and the general society cannot be solved by empty condemnatory statements which the Muslims of Pakistan are fatigued with, or knee-jerk policies which amount to nothing but gesture politics. Western states have over decades organized countless anti-drug campaigns and implemented a raft of anti-drug legislation, yet the epidemic of drug and alcohol addiction continues within their societies. It is only by rejecting the liberal values and system and reviving and strengthening the Islamic beliefs in the minds of the youth and the general society that the drugs problem can be resolved. This is because it is the Islamic beliefs alone which build personalities who live according to the concept of accountability to Allah (swt), shun all intoxicants and the hedonistic lifestyle, and understand that every action is linked to reward or punishment in the Hereafter. This is why when the Prophet (saw) conveyed to the Muslims the Quranic verse prohibiting alcohol, they immediately stopped consuming it and threw it out from their homes, due to their love of their Deen and obedience of their Rabb, such that the streets of Madinah were flowing with discarded alcohol. It is only the Khilafah (Caliphate) based upon the method of the Prophethood which rules by Islam alone which will ensure that its media, schools, and all aspects of the state promote the sublime Islamic values amongst the society and eradicate all destructive beliefs and lifestyles from our lands, raising youth with exemplary personalities. We call the Muslims of Pakistan to therefore reject the toxic liberal system and support the urgent establishment of this noble Khilafah state which will save our Muslim youth from destruction, secure for them good futures, make them devoted servants of their Rabb, and support them in achieving success in the Hereafter.

The Governments Concern for the Livelihood of the People Means Increasing the Prices and Creating Poverty in Sudan

The Finance Ministry, after the assent of the ministerial council, under the leadership of the President Omar Bashir and his attendants, on Thursday evening the 3rd of Safar AH, issued a decree to raise fuel prices. The price of a litre of benzene reached 6.17 pounds making a gallon would be 27.5 pounds representing an increase greater than 30%. The price of a litre of gasoline reached 4.11 pounds making the price of a gallon 18.5 pounds which is an increase in excess of 32%. The decree was applied practically in the fuel stations on the same Thursday night following the issuing of it at a time when the increase in the wages of workers has increased by 20%, which had been announced has not been received by the workers since three months until now!
It has become blatantly clear, that this regime, when it says something, then it does the opposite of that. So peace means war, security means frightening the people, unity means fragmenting the land, being concerned for the livelihood of the people according to the government conception represents increasing the prices, placing difficulties upon the people and creating poverty. There has been a lot of talk from the regime in past days about concern for the livelihood and well-being of the people and they gave glad tidings of that in the recommendations of the national dialogue and its results. It was also discussed in parliament, which we do not see having any problem in placing difficulties upon the people whom they claim to represent whilst in truth they only represent themselves. This government follows the government and they are its delegates and not the delegates of the Ummah and it is for that reason that they cannot be depended upon. Then at an unexpected time the governments face changes and they impose upon the people the opposite of what they claim. So the prices of petrol fuels increase which directly leads to the increased cost of transportation and delivery, which then in turn raises the prices of all of the goods and services, like wildfire. The people still remember how the increase in fuel prices in September 2013 led to an increase in prices, making the life of the people more difficult and a hell that is unbearable, whilst at the same time the officials enjoy the wealth of the Ummah unashamedly.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan warn the regime of a revolution of the hungry just as we warn them of the anger of Al-Jabbar (Allah TaAalaa) who is not pleased with the injustice inflicted upon His servants and placing hardships upon them. Aisha the mother of the believers, may Allah be pleased with her, said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying in this very house: ?????????? ???? ?????? ???? ?????? ???????? ??????? ??????? ?????????? ????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???? ?????? ???????? ??????? ???????? ?????? ????????? ???? O Allah, whoever is entrusted over an affair of my Ummah, and places hardship upon them, then place hardship upon him and whoever is entrusted over an affair of my Ummah and deals kindly with them, then deal kindly with him Muslim.
O People of Sudan:
There is no salvation for you rather no salvation for the entire Islamic Ummah, except by the system that looks after the citizens properly and treats the people with kindness. A system that pleases the Lord of mankind and deals justly amongst them by the Ahkam (rulings) of Islam. A system that if the people are hungry in it, the rulers were hungry before them, and if the people are satisfied, the rulers were satisfied after them. It is the great system of Islam; the Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood by which you will find honour and might in the life of this world and be successful in the Hereafter. ????????? ????? ???????????? ??????????????  And for the like of that let those who work, work [As-Safaat: 61]

The Democratic System Rules by Other than What Allah Revealed

??????? ???????? ???? ????? ??????? ???????? ????????????
But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith] [Al-Maida: 50]
(Translated)
The country is occupied these days with frantic calls for the election of new candidates for the Ummah Council, after the issuance of a decree by the emir to dissolve the previous council and the call for new elections to be held on Saturday, 26/11/ 2016.
While people are busy with the details and issues of the local political scene, we would like to draw attention to matters in their proper place:
To rule by Allahs Shariah in all disputes between the people is an obligation. Allah (swt) linked it to belief, He says: ?????? ????????? ??? ??????????? ??????? ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????????? ????? ??? ???????? ??? ???????????? ??????? ?????? ???????? ????????????? ??????????? But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission [an-Nisa: 65]
The issue that Shariah contains rulings that organise the governance of the people and the relationship between the ruler and the ruled, is a settled, clear, and unquestionable matter.
The Democratic system stipulates that sovereignty is for the people, ruling and the right to legislate belongs to the people, the people have the right to appoint the ruler, and the right to remove him, and have the right to legislate the constitution and laws, and the right to cancel, amend, and reform them.
Whereas in the Islamic ruling system, the Khilafah (Caliphate), sovereignty belongs to the Shari not to the people, neither the people nor the Khaleefah have the right to legislate, Allah (swt) is the Legislator. People (Ummah) do not have the right to remove the ruler, he is removed by the Shariah, but the Ummah has the right to appoint him, because Islam has made the authority for the Ummah, so people choose a representative (Khaleefah) and give him the Bayah.
From this point, we stress that seeking Allahs pleasure comes first; the political stability can only be achieved by following Allahs Law and the rejection of the democratic system. Allah Azza Wa Jal said: ??????? ???????? ???? ??????? ??????? ???? ????????? ??????? And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life[Ta-Ha: 124]
The true slogan that must be raised by every sincere person seeking the correct political solution should be: Sovereignty is for the Shari and the Sultan (authority) is for the Ummah Yes, sovereignty is for the Shari, and everyone is subject to Shari and not the opposite, where the Shari is subject to yes or no votes!!
And yes, the Sultan (authority) is for the Ummah, the Ummah choose a ruler who implements the Shariah, and to take away this right is a crime in the Islamic law. Omar Bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "If a man swore allegiance to a another man without consulting Muslims, neither him nor the one he gave allegiance to must be followed, they have put themselves at risk to be killed.

Demonetisation of Indian Currency and the Islamic view point towards it

THE REAL REASONS BEHIND DEMONETISATION AND THE ISLAMIC VIEWPOINT TOWARDS IT

On 8thNovember 2016, the Indian Government announced its decision to demonetize 500 & 1000 rupees notes in the country overnight. It was conveyed that people could exchange the old currency notes at various institutions such as public & private sector banks and post offices. And, individuals could deposit up to 2,50,000 INR into their bank accounts with a promised indemnity from tax on that sum. This hasty announcement has led to a visible unrest and a palpable confusion amidst a whole lot of unanswered questions.

To understand the issue better, some aspects of the Indian economy need to be studied.

Firstly, in the past few years, Indian public sector banks have accrued a total loss of 2.5 lakh crore INR ($ 37 Billion). This was reportedly lost in loans given out to borrowers who eventually defaulted. In the past 2 years alone, SBI (State bank of India) has incurred a loss of up to 75,000 crore INR ($ 11 Billion) due to these bad loans (which the bank has no hope of recovering). The penurious state of the public sector banks in India has forced them to stop lending money to businesses in the country. Many businesses now have to resort to approaching foreign investors and banks for loans.

Early in June this year, Moodys Investor Services had said that the Indian government will have to infuse Rs 1.2 lakh crore into PSU (Public Sector Unit) banks by 2020 to bolster their balance sheets and make good the losses suffered by them.

This was echoed by the Indian finance minister in his budget speech this year. He declared that the government had announced a revamp plan - 'Indradhanush', to infuse Rs 70,000 crore into state-owned banks over four years, while the banks will have to raise a further Rs 1.1 lakh crore from markets to meet their capital requirements in line with global risk norms Basel-III.

Secondly, a large section of Indian economy is cash driven. According to a 2015 report from consulting firm PwC (PriceWaterHouseCoopers), 68 of the total value of (small & large) consumer transactions is conducted in cash & 98% of all large transactions happen in cash. Compared to this cash formed 55% & 48% of the consumer payments in US and UK. As a result, a large shadow economy exists (one that is neither taxed nor monitored, nor included in the GDP). According to conservative estimates by McKinsey & Company this stands at 26% of Indias GDP and 1/4thof the Indian economy. And, according to a report tabled in May 2016 by the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), a public economics and policies institute under the Indian Finance ministry, the cash driven black economy is about 75% of the reported GDP of the country.

Thirdly, since the transactions of this shadow economy happen outside the purview of the banking system, the government is unable to monitor them and thereby receives no taxes on the sum involved or the profits made. Capitalist governments and authorities contend that this unwatched circulation of cash often allows an informal or shadow economy to grow or dominate.

Fourthly, India being one of the most corrupt countries globally is a huge deterrent for international businesses and investors. Although high-profile corruption and scandals have been absent from the Modi administration in the past 2 years, low-level, everyday corruption has flourished unabated, harming the countrys more vulnerable citizens. Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), a prominent watchdog which scores and ranks nations based upon expert perceptions of public sector corruption, ranked India 38, making it the 76th most corrupt country in the world out of the 168 nations surveyed. This has minified the current governments prospects of inviting foreign businesses to invest in India.

THE REAL REASONS WHY DEMONETIZATION TOOK PLACE

1.  The Modi government found that quantitative easing (printing more money) for infusing into the banks would lead to hyper-inflation in an already inflated economy. Instead, the government chose to find a mechanism that would infuse the much-needed liquidity into the banks. And the recent decision has had its desiredeffect. Somuch so that on the 12th of November, 2 days after the announcement, the Indian finance minister proudly revealed, About two lakh crore rupees deposited in banks till Saturday afternoon in public and private banks. News reports state that SBI alone received 39,677 crore INR in deposits in just 1 day after the announcement, what it normally receives in 1 month.

2. The Modi Government in its attempt to open up the country's Agricultural & Commodity market to foreign MultiNationals like the US based WalMart has faced large opposition from Trade Unions at mandis and other wholesale hubs who deal mostly in cash in making purchases from the farmers and selling to the retailers and by demonetizing the currency the government has ensured that cash strapped Trade Unions now exert lesser influence and control on the agricultural & commodity market can be opened to the big Multinationals.

3. The Indian government, speciously, calls this a drive against black money. Nothing can be farther from the truth than this. The expectation that the government has is that roughly 3 lakh crore INR ($ 45 Billion USD) are not likely to be exchanged for new notes out of the 17.11 lakh crore INR in circulation (according to RBI records as on October 28, 2016).  The government intends to portraythat people holding black money will notcome to the banks to deposit this amount, fearing high taxes and penaltiesannounced by the government. However, the World Banks data of Indias GDP in 2016 was $2073.54 billion which means that the share of shadow economy would come out to be $523 billion USD as the shadow economy in India stands at 26% of the GDP.

Now if we compare the amount of black money in cash , 3 lakh Crore INR ($45 billion USD) with the actual black money that exists in the economy ($523 billion USD) then the black money that will be retrieved through this exercise is just 8% of the total amount. This is because over the years, it has beenconverted into legal bank deposits, real estate investments, jewelry and a majorportion sent to safe havens abroad.

So,in reality, the demonetization will barely have an impact on the income made through the shadow economy or the black economy in the past few years.

4.  Its an open secret that all political parties maintain large troves of cash, running into hundredsof crores. Most of the campaign finances of Indian political parties are, typically driven by unofficial funds. Data over the last decade shows that about75% of the money going to political parties in India is from undocumented sources. Duringthe 2016 Bihar elections alone, over 80 crore INR were seized by the election officials.

Demonetization of the currency means that all unaccountedcash that political parties use to buy and cajole votes will simply become paper.

In this way Modi has strangled all major opposition parties in the states having assembly elections in the next few months. Parties and candidates who accumulated unaccounted wealth to cover their election campaigns will now have to find new ways to first dispose off the existing cash and then generate fresh funds.

THE ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

1.  The Capitalist economies and their banks are driven by giving and taking interest which is the root cause behind the failure of the banks in India and has been the reason for the financial crisis that has plagued the worlds economies since 2007. Allah (swt) says:

????????? ??????? ????????? ????????? ????????
Allah has permitted trade and forbidden (all) interest. [TMQ Al-Baqarah: 275]

Islam abolishes all interest based contracts only to be replaced by contracts which share returns and risks. The absence of Riba (usury/interest) encourages people not to detain their money in a bank. People would be inclined to circulate it into the market and earn profits than to just regularly incur a 2.5% Zakahon unused wealth. The spending and investments will thus generate economic activity in the society and boost any economy bringing greater employment and better standards of living.

2.  Todays currency is fiat (paper) currency which has no inherent value nor is backed by real assets, yet it rides on a (false) confidence instilled by the capitalists. This is the primary reason for the ever-increasing inflation the world over. Islam resolves this by making Gold and Silver the basis of the currency in Islam. The Islamic rules have been set in the Quran and Sunnah in terms of Gold and Silver such as the Nisab of Zakah.

The Prophet (saw) established the tangible things as basis for the Islamic currency - the Dirham and the Dinar thereby, defining a currency that has real, inherent value and also retains its value. A currency that is not only backed by its basis but also interchangeable with it. So, in the Khilafah one can go to the Bayt al-Mal and exchange the paper notes for gold or silver. Therefore, inflation is eliminated as the value of gold and silver are stable.

3.  Islam discourages hoarding of wealth and emphasizes that the wealth should not circulate among a few, He (swt) says referring to wealth:

???? ??? ??????? ??????? ?????? ?????????????? ????????
That it does not become a commodity between the rich among you. [TMQ Al-Hashr: 7]

Islam has made the circulation of wealth among all citizens an obligation, and it has forbidden the restriction of such circulation to a certain group of people to the exclusion of others.

Hoarding/monopolizing goods is forbidden. Islam treats market hegemony as oppressive and iniquitous. Hoarders arent allowed a free run nor monopoly permitted lest the price be dictated by a select few. This is based on the hadith:

?? ????? ??? ????
Whoever monopolized is a wrongdoer. [Muslim]

4.  Despite the false assurances by the government that the demonetization is going to help the common man by creating a transparent economy, the only beneficiaries of this economic adventure are the ailing banks of the country and the Governments reputation and its future political success.

The nature of the Capitalist Economic system is that it works only for the benefit of the capitalists and those who are close to the ruling class and this has led to fasaad all over the world. The crisis in India is not the first. In fact, there have been hundreds of crises that have taken place in India and elsewhere before this. The reality of the Western Secular Capitalist system is like that of the house of the spider which even though complex is so weak, Allah (swt) says:

?????? ????????? ?????????? ???? ????? ??????? ??????????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????? ??????? ??????? ???????? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ???? ??????? ???????????
The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the Spider who builds (to itself) a house; but truly the flimsiest of houses is the Spider's house if they but knew.   [TMQ 29. Ankaboot: 41]

The only solution to this demonetization crisis and all other crises that are created by the Capitalist Economic system in India and globally is through the implementation of Islam which has a detailed and comprehensive Economic system that will solve the problems that have been created by the Western Capitalist system and will establish a just, stable and a prosperous economy.
