The US dropped 24,287 bombs on Syria and Iraq in 2016, stripping its bases worldwide of high-tech weapons, while its capitalist companies race to maintain supplies of bombs

The US dropped 24,287 bombs on Syria and Iraq during 2016, according to a Defense One analysis published on the 5^th of January, 2017, by the staff of the US-based Council on Foreign Relations. This means that on average, 67 bombs were dropped every day on Syria and Iraq. On the same day as the shocking Defense One analysis, the US Department of Defense website listed the number of strikes for the 5^th of January against Syria as 15 strikes, and detailed 23 targets destroyed in these strikes, as well as additional targets destroyed in 10 strikes that day in Iraq.

The vicious frenzy of the US onslaught has been so great that American military planners been forced to shift supplies of bombs from Europe and the Pacific to maintain the pace of the bombing, according to a Wall Street Journalreport, also on the 5^th of January, 2017, that went under the subtitle of: �Boeing, Lockheed, BAE ramp up production as surge of airstrikes against Islamic State strains supplies of precise bombs, missiles.�

In addition to supporting the regime atrocities of Bashar al-Assad by strangling the sincere rebels of weapons that could protect the people of Syria against mass slaughter, the US has been extremely active in leading the fight to secure control of Syria, while hiding its own strikes behind the bad publicity of the noisy Russian bombing.

The US has vented its hatred of Islam upon the Muslims in Iraq and Syria by stripping its other bases around the world, all of which has cost the US $10 billion as of US Department of Defense figures over 800 days of operations up till the 15^th of October, 2016 with a daily cost of $12.6 million. The cost to the victims is higher. The US military hides behind the pretense of �precision bombing� and the US Central Command has claimed that only 188 civilians have been killed since the beginning of its �Operation Inherent Resolve.� The US casualty figures are a dirty lie; the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported in August 2016 that in the operation against Manbij alone 199 civilians were killed including 52 children, and Amnesty International released a very conservative and strictly corroborated report on the 26^thof October 2016, which confirmed more than 300 civilian deaths in Syria.

O Muslims, The disbelievers, led by the US, have made their plans to spread destruction and disintegration in Iraq and collapse of the noble revolution in Syria a pretty thing in their eyes and they hide behind the false slogans of fighting terror and precision bombing. To our brothers and sisters in Syria, we say: Do not follow the steps of the American Satan, and put an immediate end to the traitors who promote the adoption of the �political solution� dictated by America in Geneva 1. This solution is drenched with the blood of Muslims, and all the sacrifices have not been spent for the sake of renewing the American hegemony over Syria.

We call upon the rest of the Ummah to rise as one man to remove the corrupt rulers who execute the policies of America and the West in preventing the resumption of the Islamic way of life under the shade of the Khilafah (Caliphate).

And to the leading officers in the Muslim armies, we say you are the sons of this noble Ummah, your duty is to serve the Deen of Allah in protecting the Ummah, and it is your duty to remove these corrupt traitors, and to rally under the banner of the Khalifah; only this way you will earn the grace of Allah (swt), or else Allah (swt) will make the Deen prevail with or without you.

The trilateral meeting between Russia, Iran and Turkey, came out with the so-called "statement of Moscow," (Syria Accord) which included items agreed upon by the three countries, the most notable: is that the priority in Syria is to fight "terrorism" and not to overthrow the regime, and the exclusion of a military solution to what they see as the crisis in Syria, and to start new negotiations between the opposition and the regime, in an effort to reach an agreement between them.

The meeting came during the evacuation process of the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Aleppo from the civilians and revolutionaries. This process was preceded by meetings between the factions� leaders of the opposition and Russia in Ankara, which confirms that the "surrendering" of Aleppo began since the start of these meetings. Now there are leaks about meetings between Ankara and opposition factions taking place to arrange what was agreed on in the trilateral meeting, and this explains the news of mergers taking place inside Syria. It appears clearly to be a sieving process for the factions into two groups: moderate and extremist, those pleased with the political solution and the Western project of the civil state are the moderates and those who reject this solution are the extremist.

It has become clear that the West view the "surrendering" of Aleppo as a beginning of a new phase. Turkey exposed itself by standing on the side of the killers of Muslims on Ash-Sham, and what was hidden has come into the open at this stage, which the West thinks it is the beginning of implementing a political solution that it  imposed on the people of Ash-Sham after all the bombardment and destruction, murder and displacement that they suffered, this phase, which the West considers as the beginning of the fall of the revolution, and in order to prevent the imminent danger  facing the tyrant and his regime in Ash-Sham as they claim, and believe, but it will not come true, Allah Aziz al-Hakim is willing.

Your duty O people of Ash-Sham is not to allow the �surrendering� of Aleppo to be the end of the revolution, but let it be truly the beginning of a new phase, not what the enemies of Allah want, But as what Allah (swt) wants. The stage will cut out the influence of the Kaffir West from our country and our revolution, so that our decision will be in our hands, a stage that will see the end of the tragedy of the link to the supporting countries; who were the first to let down those whom they support. Make it the beginning of the stage to embrace the great project of Islam, the clear project with which we can bring down the criminal system and replace it with the righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham, the Abode of Islam:

These meetings, taking place in Ankara, and their resulting "surrendering" of Aleppo, and plans drawn in them, like the fight against what they call "terrorism" and the start of negotiations. All this confirms that it is time to bring back the revolution as the Ummah�s revolution and not a revolution of factions that can be bought and sold. It is time that the faithful take their role and have their say. It is time that the people of Ash-Sham are aware of what was missing in their revolution, which is the aware and sincere political leadership that has a clear political project emanating from the doctrine of "?? ??? ??? ???? ???? ???? ????" "There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is the Messenger of Allah".

The Miss Globe Pageant is Commerce at the expense of the Honour of Muslim Women

Following the organizing of the Miss Globe Pageant this year in Tunisia and setting the date of 25/12/2016 to take place in the Qubba Palace in El Menzah and based on the follow-up of the preparations and statements of those overseeing the pageant, we in the Women�s Section of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Tunisia would like to reiterate the following:

- This initiative has no connection to our Islamic Ummah and it represents a foreign custom thrust upon our society that aims to consecrate degeneration and decadence. We are saddened by the funding and encouragement of the two sponsors that presented this pageant at a time when women are suffering from life�s innumerable problems. For that reason, it is obligatory upon all sincere people to make sure that they boycott this abnormal initiative.

- At a time when the state is arresting anyone who puts forth an invention or scientific study under the charge of immoderation in thinking and instead of organizing a contest for the best scientific study or best university or honoring the students that have attained the highest grades and organizing contests for selecting female memorizers of the Qur�an and the best studies and highest grades; instead it organizes a contest to choose the most beautiful unclothed woman! This disgraceful and serious matter has no relation with the reformation or revival of the woman.

- The woman is need of a revolution of knowledge and not to be degraded into such abysses. This initiative is not from the woman�s priorities that she is in urgent need to reshape the level of her societal aspirations in terms of knowledge and morals in their consideration as leading personalities and mothers. They should not be dealt with as dolls and fashion models and especially when this initiative insults the woman because she is swayed to be naked and debauched. That is because these initiatives are foreign to our culture and principles.

- These toxic initiatives exploit the inclinations and desires of some naive young men and they are built upon a method that empties the person of his thought and relies upon the body and external appearance as a measure for superiority and prominence that reflects a major vacuum within the minds of our young men.

- These initiatives reflect how to treat the woman as a tool of production and means to amass wealth within the capitalist civilization. It makes her body a mere commodity in beauty queen contests and catwalks. She is treated as if she is a cosmetic image, element of scenery, an adorned object for visual meetings and she has become the most significant means for marketing numerous products to the point that not a single television or advertising poster advertisement is free of a woman adorned with make-up.

- These contests which are strange and at odds with the women of Tunisia which seek to portray the woman in Tunisia as being vulgar, indecent and stripped from her Islamic identity and culture. That is to create a model of the western woman within the lands of Islam to consolidate the intellectual and political subservience from her.

- The affair of the woman in Tunisia is like the affair of any upright and pure Muslim woman. She loves her Deen and yearns for it to return as the system of ruling, to restore her lost honour, glory and dignity. For that reason, we will never allow for this capitalism to vulgarize and degrade us. We will never allow the West and those vigilant over their interests to represent us.

- Verily, the woman in Tunisia seeks to be liberated from this degenerate view of her and the liberation that she wants must be upon the basis of Islam alone and not upon the disbelieving capitalist basis that denies the right of Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta�Aalaa to legislate, or upon the basis of democracy that considers the body of the woman and displaying it as a mere commodity that is traded with. Therefore, the radical root solution for our women in Tunisia and all the Muslim lands is the ruling by the Shar�a of Allah and the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood. It will restore a woman�s �humanity� and right to live in this life as a �slave of Allah�, to Him alone with no partner whilst she finds assurance and tranquility in His legislation and judgement.

Media Workers at the Gates of Hell Our Prophet Muhammad (Saw) is Red Line O Channel of Fitnah

Last Monday, Al-Jadeed Channel aired a show that included an offense and insult to the Messenger of Allah, our Prophet Sayyiduna Muhammad (saw), in the program "For Publication", which is presented by Rima Karaki, and in which Radwan Murtada, "adopted by the black press rooms," is involved in the selection of its guests.

No one of the officials in general, and not the Prime Minister or the Mufti of the Republic, in particular, moved to denounce them and hold them accountable. It was more appropriate for the officials in the authority, the muftis and the security services to go and close the channel of sedition (Fitnah), the so-called "Al-Jadeed Channel", and arrest the owner of the station, the son of the defunct regime Muammar Gaddafi, Tahseen Al-Khayat. As well as, to hold accountable the rest of those who are in charge of it, especially the media presenter, Rima Karaki, and the journalist Radwan Murtada and arrest them immediately.

We are surprised by the authority�s letting free those who insult Islam and all Muslims, while arresting everyone who supports the Muslims issues in general and the Sham revolution in particular. The nearest example of this is the arrest of the media student Tariq Ashimali.

So, the one who raises sectarian strife, seeks to discord (make fitnah) among the people, and insults the Prophet Muhammad (saw), is condoned, even though the Shari rule of insulting Muhammad (saw) is known to the Muslims. So if Islam was governing, the fate of these small tramps would be the fair retribution�

So let those who are concerned beware before it is aggravated.

The Assassination of Mohamed Zouari � Represents a Bitter Truth and a Lesson for those who consider

Once again, the intelligence agencies of the Jewish entity have violated the Tunisian land and extended their sinful and treacherous hand to assassinate the aeronautical engineer Mohamed Zouari, one of the leaders of the martyr Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. The engineer, Mohamed Zouari was a hero from amongst the heroes of the Muslims who participated alongside the Mujahideen in Palestine in their Jihad against the criminal Jewish entity (when the rulers of the Muslims and armies abandoned them). That was when he was responsible for supervising a development programme of drone planes that struck fear into the hearts of the criminal Jews.

Indeed, the heart cleaves in grief and sadness upon the Islamic Ummah losing a hero from amongst its heroes and a scientist from amongst its scientists who put their work and efforts at the disposal of their Deen and Ummah for the sake of cleansing its blessed land from the defilement of the Jewish entity. And we ask Allah �Azza Wa Jalla to bestow patience upon the martyr�s family and to settle the brother Muhamed Zouari in His Gardens of Paradise which have been promised to the Muttaqeen.

Upon the occurrence of this incident we would like to make the following clear:

1. The crime of the assassination of engineer Mohamed Zouari has come amongst a string of assassinations of Muslim scientists and academics in Iraq, Syria and Pakistan � These assassinations have represented a treacherous and cowardly policy of the United States of America which has been utilised by the CIA and the Jewish entity�s intelligence agency, known as Mossad. This is also not the first time that the dirty hands of the Jews have extended to assassinate the sons of Muslims from amongst the scientists and resistance amongst others and it is not the first time that the Mossad has defiled the land of Tunisia. It has not ceased killing Muslims in Palestine and assassinating any Muslim that it sees has power that could be used to fight against it. That is whilst many of the Jewish leaders, who travel around the Arab lands, including Tunisia, coming and going, secretly and openly, call to war against the Muslims and killing them by any means.

2. The statement of the Prime Minister came in a meek, cold and timid manner when he said: �We will never allow aggression against our citizens� and �The National sovereignty is a red line�. That is whilst the intelligence agencies of the Jews have trampled upon the ground of Tunisia and have made use of some of the sons of Tunisia (with or without their knowledge) to commit an act of treachery against one their heroes. Despite that the government did not dare to make even a mention of Mossad (let alone direct an accusation against it). The Interior Minister found it enough in his long speech about the details of the crime to just say that the plotters were foreigners (and that�s all)!!! That�s despite the Tunisian press reporting the �proud� elaboration by the Jewish entity�s press of the assassination of the engineer Mohamed Zouari. It was mentioned in the Tunisian Shurooq Newspaper that: �The military expert for the Haaretz Newspaper Maos Harael described Zouari as the engineer of planes belonging to Hamas. He said that he had recently been included within a long assassination list around the Middle-East attributed to the Jewish state. As for the security expert for the Maariv Newspaper, Yossi Milman, he discussed the fall in the professionalism and precision of the assassination operation, in the case where it differed from the (previous) Mossad operations and particularly those which targeted scientists of the Iranian nuclear project in Tehran, leaders of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the assassination of Mahmoud Al-Mabhuh in Dubai. All of these open admissions were not seen by the Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister (who is meeting in Cairo with other Arab foreign ministers) and the Interior Minister. They all colluded upon the statement that the crime was plotted outside of Tunisia. This represented a clear evasion to avoid directing the accusation against the Jewish entity. So why is that the case? Is it incompetence or fear of disturbing the feelings of the �Jewish� friends of the government like the Jewish Rabbi Rafael Cohen, those who the ministers of the government receive into their embrace???

3. This is their habit and that of their media mouthpieces as it is their custom to cover up the truths and realities and to portray defeats as victories, and shameful disgrace as a source of pride. The Jewish state sheds the blood and assassinates Muslims whilst the Interior Minister boasts in the media about the disclosing of some realities. He transforms the news in a laughable sad manner to focusing, with some boastfulness, upon the level of professionalism in respect to disclosing some of the circumstances of the crime, in addition to a lot of talk about �national sovereignty� and its red lines (whilst it appears that their redness does not come from anything other than the blood of our sons).

4. A matter that is almost certain that this crime will never have much politics as a result of it and that the collection of politicians and rulers will suffice themselves with condemning the cowardly operation. As for war or a like for like response against the usurping criminal Jewish entity, then those pretending to be rulers have forgotten its meaning and it doesn�t even come to their minds. That is because our lives and even as a whole do not carry any weight to them � So where is the sovereignty (that you are talking about)??

O Muslims in the land of �Uqbah Bin Naafi� and Tariq Bin Ziyad, the land of the Mujahideen and heroes:

These are the rulers that you have after the revolution, weak, incompetent and pawned to others. What kind of state is this that can�t even protect its sons? And what kind of state is this that squanders the strengths and capabilities of its men? Was not the martyr Mohamed Zouari a manufacturer of drone aircraft? Was he not the supervisor over a programme of military development that robbed the sleep of the Jewish entity and made fear enter its heart? So why did this government not may any regard or attention to him? Why did it fall down prostrate before the American doorstep with claims that it is �helping us� (As Beji Caid Essebsi pretends) to train our soldiers and officers in respect to drone aircraft? Was the engineer Mohamed Zouari not more worthy and suitable to train our soldiers and to prevent being held to ransom by America? Was not Mohamed Zouari more worthy than many of those playing around with the matter of protection? If we had a state, engineer Mohamed Zouari (and those like him are many) and the association that he set up, would have represented a nucleus within our army established for war manufacturing that would act as a base for liberation from the colonialist states which make from the insulting crumbs of �aid� provided to us under the pretext of the war against �terrorism�?

O Muslims in the land of �Uqbah Bin Naafi� and Tariq Bin Ziyad, the land of the Mujahideen and heroes:

We are need of a state that is mighty and has preventive force, to honour our sons, that does not degrade them but rather protects them, does not surrender them and if something bad afflicts them, it becomes startled for them and takes revenge against their enemies.

Engineer Mohamed Zouari has departed from us as a Shaheed (martyr) by Allah�s permission (and we do not seek to make anyone out to be pure before Allah). He was a hero Mujaahid who refused to bow to oppression and corruption. He worked and used his knowledge for his Ummah and his Deen, so may Allah recompense him with a lot of good on our behalf. Indeed, there ae men in our land like Mohamed (may Allah�s mercy be upon him) who will never be taken note of until the honour and dignity returns back to this Ummah.

Verily, the blood of the martyrs cries out to us to change our sad and shameful reality, for us to cast aside the dust of incapability or incompetence and to engage in the obligation that Allah Ta�Aalaa has made obligatory upon us.

The obligation upon us is to change this state and that this change is not allowed to be restricted to the changing of people who assume the position of ruling alone. Rather, it must extend to the whole regime (and system) as it represents the head of the calamity. That is because it is built upon a corrupt basis where the right to legislate laws has been given to man and not Allah Jalla Wa �Alaa. It is a system that does not allow the rule to be reached except by those implementers who have been lavished with corrupt political money and who have given their loyalty to the western colonialist states. That is so that they can perpetrate treacheries, be careless with the land�s capabilities and resources and to permit the enemy to penetrate the land, spy upon it and undertake criminal acts, which they then turn a blind eye to using the excuse of incapability and lack of power. Any indifference or neglect in respect to these ruling regimes and those pretending to be rulers, and any silence over them or participation alongside them, means making the corruption continue perpetually and the allowance and ignoring of the incompetence and treachery that has led to the calamities and consolidated the position of the disbeliever over the land and its people.

This obligation has been entrusted to all of the Muslims of this good land (the birthplace of men and heroes) and particularly the people of power as they are the most capable to bring the change. We call them to stand in the same row alongside their people and with their Deen, to respond to Allah and His Messenger (saw), to support the Da�wah of Allah Ta�Aalaa for the establishment of Islam via the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood, which Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta�Aalaa has commanded us with:

What is the reality of what is happening now in Aleppo and Syria?

Question: Turkey has stepped up its contacts with Russia regarding the Syrian arena for the reopening of the American settlement negotiations, BBC stated on 2/12/2016: (Mevlut Cavusoglu said that Turkey is consulting with Russia ... in order to reach a solution to the Syrian crisis. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the Syrian issue by telephone with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at least three times in the past week, while Cavusoglu met the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Turkey on Thursday to discuss the same subject). With all this and that, Russia still intensifies its brutal attacks on the Aleppo, it even exercised the right to veto a bill in the Security Council on 5/12/2016 that stipulates the cessation of military actions for a few days in Aleppo, so what is pushing Turkey, despite the brutality of Russia, into these discussions? What is the truth about what is going on regarding Aleppo and Syria now? Jazak Allah Khair.

For a clear answer, we need to review a few things.

First, for more than 2 months now, America appeared as if it were escalating its response to the crisis situation with Russia. This was in light of the severe European criticism directed at Russia for the intensity and brutality of its air campaign on Aleppo, as well as the severity of the rejection inside Syria of the US role, which reached its peak when the fighting factions refused participating in Turkish political maneuvers entitled �Operation Euphrates Shield� because of the presence of US special forces among them. Thereafter America realised that a more violent military campaign to bring the Syrians and the revolutionaries down to their knees was needed, to precede the return to negotiations on US terms. Of course, all the while the facade of concern would be maintained (on the US� part).

Since then, the United States schemed on several fronts:

1. It made Russia expedite more lethal munitions and hardware, which saw the arrival of �Kuznetsov�, the only Russian aircraft carrier, to the coast of Syria on 1/11/2016, with its special range of combat cruise-missile capability, and immediately starting a surveying campaign over Syrian targets, especially over Aleppo. This is in addition to Russia�s aircraft and equipment in Syria, especially at the Humaimim Military Airport.
   
2. It brought more of Iran�s Special Forces and their supporters to Aleppo.
   
3. It cooled down most other fronts in Syria through Saudi Arabia, Turkey and others, because of the financial influence of these countries over the fighting factions of Syria. This precipitated the collapse of truces and reconciliations between factions, and scenes abounded of buses loaded with the revolutionaries and their families moving to Idlib, which simply made room for the regime to send reinforcements to Aleppo from these �cooled� fronts. Added to this is the pursuit of those countries to ignite the fire of sedition inside Aleppo itself, so we witnessed the clashes between the trapped revolutionaries.
   
4. Added to this was the continuation of Erdogan�s campaign �Operation Euphrates Shield�, and his attempt to attract more militant factions loyal to Turkey to the battle of Al-Bab after Jarablos, in order to weaken the real front in Aleppo, which were relied on to lift the suffocating siege on the city and its rescue. 
   
   �Field reports said that the Syrian armed opposition lost of a third of the land they held in the east of Aleppo, because of the withdrawal of a large number of opposition fighters from the battle fronts in Aleppo in order to support the Turkish forces in their battles against Daesh (ISIS) and Kurdish groups within the operation of Operation Euphrates Shield.
   
   The director of the Syrian Observatory for human rights, Rami Abdul Rahman, said in remarks for Sky News Arabia on Monday, that �the Turkish orders reached the loyal fighters within the Free (Syrian) Army to join forces battling Daesh in the Operation Euphrates Shield� launched by Ankara one month before against Daesh and the Kurds, as Ankara fears the extension of their control over the border areas.
   
   Abdul Rahman said that the Turkish intervention is the password and an important reason for the defeat of the opposition, due to the use of factions affiliated with the Free (Syrian) Army in their own battle, resulting in empty fronts from opposition fighters that were supposed to face the Syrian Regime�s army and its allies.� (Sky News Arabia, 28/11/2016 CE)

Secondly, great pressure was put on Aleppo and its revolutionaries by capturing a lot of the liberated neighbourhoods from them, and they were restricted into a more narrow area, with heavy shelling threatening to engulf the rest of the neighbourhoods. Here, with international calls for a ceasefire, America found that an opportunity may exist to revive the political process for a �solution� in Syria under a new environment that requires urgency and cannot be delayed, and is evidenced by the following facts:

1. America knows that capturing important neighbourhoods in the east of Aleppo is not the end of the Syrian revolution and that to get rid of revolutionaries in various parts of Syria is an impossible dream. It also knows that the revolutionary years in Syria have created a dangerously Islamic climate, so it is rushing to counter this. It attempts to progress its politics faster to accomplish its objectives.
   
2. The current Obama administration leaves the White House on 20/1/2017, still dreaming of exiting with an achievement to be remembered for this administration. Thus, after the Syrian Regime�s army has entered the neighborhoods of Aleppo, Russia stated that Secretary of State Kerry sought frantically to make deal in Aleppo. Russia reported on 28/11/2016: 
   
   

   Yuri Ushakov, Russian presidential aide, said on Monday November 28th: �If you ask about Kerry�s efforts, they are very intense.� And he added: �We can describe these efforts as incredible, given the intensity of the unprecedented telephone communication between the US and Russian foreign ministers, since the focus is on one topic above all, that is, Syria�.

3. America�s assignment of Turkey and its training to perform a prominent political role on its behalf, to a degree that it appeared as if the bilateral relation of Kerry-Lavrov has been replaced with the bilateral relationship between Russia-Turkey! Only this explains Turkey�s intensive communications in the subsequent period to capturing the neighborhoods of east Aleppo, as well as the frantic increase in meetings between Turkish officials and their Russian counterparts, and visits by Turkish officials to Lebanon and Iran.

The Turkish visits and meetings were intense and eye-catching for the following reasons:

1. The Iranian President Hassan Rohani discussed on Saturday, 26/11/2016, in Tehran with the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu about the Syrian crisis and other regional issues, in addition to the bilateral relations between the two countries. The Iranian Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported that the Turkish Foreign Minister will continue his consultations in Tehran with his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif (Al Jazeera Net, 26/11/2016).
   
2. For its part, Anatolia agency said: �Turkey�s Foreign Minister, Cavusoglu discussed with Riad Hijab the need for an immediate cease-fire and the delivery of humanitarian aid to Aleppo, along with efforts to find a political solution to the conflict in the country� (Al-Jazeera Net 30 / 11/2016).
   
3. Lavrov�s visit to Turkey on 30/11/2016 yielded the following: �The Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, announced that the Russian-Turkish agreements on Syria, on the military, diplomatic and political matters, are in progress �� (Russia Today, 1/12/2016) Lavrov also added: �Russia and Turkey will continue talks in order to find a solution to the Syrian crisis as soon as possible� (Al Jazeera Net, 1/12/2016).
   
4. The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the Syrian crisis by telephone with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at least three times in the past week (BBC, 2/12/2016).
   
5. The Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, told a news conference in the Turkish city of Alanya, accompanied by his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, that �We agree on the need for a cease-fire to end the tragedy� (BBC Arabic, 12/01/2016). He said: �Turkey is consulting with Russia and Iran, Assad�s allies and with Syria and Lebanon too, in order to reach a solution to the Syrian crisis� (BBC, 2/12/2016).
   
6. Sputnik reported the statement of Samir Nashar, a member of the opposition coalition, on Thursday, 1st December: �There have been meetings for three days with Turkish efforts, and they were very discreet, and fighting factions that met were the factions that Turkey could exert some influence on, but the meetings did not come out with any concrete results�. (Russia Today, 1/12/2016).
   
   The Financial Times Newspaper reported on Thursday, 1st December, that a number of Syrian opposition leaders �are conducting secret talks with Russian officials under the Turkish initiative to end the ongoing fighting in Aleppo�. The newspaper added that �four members of the opposition who are in northern Syria told it that Turkey is sponsoring the talks with Russian officials in the capital Ankara� (BBC Arabic, 01/12/2016).
   
   Islamic Ahrar Ash-Sham movement is leading in the name of the �Islamic Front� of brigades, negotiating with Russian officials in order to reach a truce in Aleppo, and one that leads to the departure of the fighters from the Fath Ash-Sham front through Al Castelo Road, and to open roads to evacuate the wounded and sick of the eastern neighborhoods under the supervision of a team from the United Nations. According to Al-Mudun sources, �the departure of the Fath Ash-Sham from Aleppo will be via a Turkish plan; Ankara will then take over the issue of providing aid to the besieged neighborhoods later� (Al- Mudun, 03/12/2016).
   
7. As for America�s satisfaction of these Turkish moves, the US State Department welcomed those negotiations. In a press briefing, Mark Toner, the spokesman for the Ministry said on Thursday, 1st December: �We have seen reports that Russia was negotiating with Syrian rebels�; the spokesman added: �our reaction is: we are ready to welcome all genuine efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering of the Syrian people, especially in Aleppo� (Russia Today, 12/01/2016).
   
   America is behind what is going on and in particular they are consistent with Russia on the progress of the negotiations and settlement. The Russian Foreign Minister revealed on Saturday 3rd December that his US counterpart, John Kerry, delivered proposals on the settlement in Aleppo that �is consistent with the positions that Russia adheres to� (Russia Today, 3/12/2016).
   
8. Lavrov said at a news conference that Russia and the US will start talks regarding the withdrawal in Geneva tomorrow evening or Wednesday morning, adding that the US Secretary of State John Kerry has sent his proposals regarding the routes and timing of withdrawal (Dar Al-Hayat, 05/12/2016). 
   He stressed that the Russian side was ready to start consultations from Monday 5th December, but Washington had asked to postpone the meeting of the experts momentarily. It is expected that those consultations will begin on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. (Russia Today, 5/12/2016).

Hence, recent Turkish moves and their intensity are far bigger than just Turkey � they indicate a much bigger hand behind them, and certainly America is the one pushing Turkey step by step.

 It is the one that manages those negotiations with Russia, according to its proposals handed over to Russia, at a time when the Obama administration is calculating the days carefully hoping to make a final achievement, albeit in Aleppo alone in the remaining few weeks of the life of that administration.

Third: As for the chances of America�s success to bring the fighting factions to the negotiating table and reviving the political process in Syria, this is governed by the following facts:

1. Inside of Syria there is a growing rejection of diplomatic solutions. The Syrians woke up to the plots of the Arab countries and Turkey against them with America and Russia behind these plans. It has become clear and without a doubt that those states stand against the Syrian revolution.
   
   
   Thus, this pressures the factions to correct their course after the pollution of foreign loyalties of the majority of them, and influence by this dirty financial support, and this appeared in the reconciliations and truces and cooling down of (battling) fronts and their abiding by the red lines and instructions of coordination rooms of the Military Operations Center � MOC. The uprising of the people inside Syria that pressured the factions came before the regime�s recent campaign to the east of Aleppo. But now the uprisings of people have grown, accusing appeasing factions of betrayal, and calling for the removal of their leaders!. And in front of this fierce military offensive, the factions within Aleppo took the initiative to dissolve previous alliances and establish the (united) army of Aleppo (Jaysh Halab) as one force, which is a good step and perhaps it leads to the independence from foreign allegiances that is much needed, given the imminent dangers associated with them.
   
   
    Samir Nashar, a member of the Syrian �opposition coalition�, attributed the lack of reaching results in the factions� negotiations with Russia in Turkey to the fact that the basic decision lies with the armed groups under siege in the city of Aleppo. He said: �These meetings did not come out with any concrete results because those trapped within the city of Aleppo own their decision, independent of their leaders outside the city, and thus their decision became very independent concerning those under siege within the city� (Russia Today, 1/12/2016). Those armed groups inside Aleppo shrugged off what�s going on outside of these treacherous negotiations and brutal threats to surrender. �An official in the Syrian opposition said that opposition fighters� leaders will not surrender eastern Aleppo to government forces after Russia said it was ready to hold talks with the United States on the withdrawal of all opposition fighters from the region, as reported by Reuters news agency on Saturday� (Al-Hurra, 03/12/2016).
   
   
2. Thus, the people who woke up to find the jewel of the revolution, Aleppo, under imminent danger did not rush to surrender and agree to political solutions, but there is a greater rush to correct the path of the loyal factions to the Arab countries and Turkey.
   
   
    Those factions that turn the financial support given to them into a big brake that prevents them from the continuation of the revolution are distinguished from the good ones. The bad have bowed to the masters in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and others, and raced to the �political process� subservient to America and its alliances and supporters and landed in a ditch of conspirators against the revolution. And the good was truthful in its determination, did not bow down except to Allah, and this good, Allah willing, will render the maliciousness amassed by America from Iran, Russia, Turkey and the Arab countries in vain.

This brutal attack and the legendary steadfastness of the resistance in Aleppo revealed several things. It revealed the malignant influence of regional players like Iran, Saudi Arabian, and Turkey; it revealed Iran�s contributing to acts of brutal murders that are only topped by the work of Russian murders in line with American plans; and it revealed Saudi Arabia�s contribution through its dirty money that fed some factions and eventually constrained them. Turkey is using misinformation as a weapon to carry out America�s plans, as it pumped its loud voice implying that it would not disappoint Aleppo, but has done so repeatedly.

It increased its loud voice in that it will not allow a �second Hama� (massacre of the 80s), but it has allowed similar atrocities without lifting a finger! When it was hit by the shame of these positions, it recently tried to raise the sound of its rhetoric once again, where Erdogan stated that the aim behind Operation Euphrates Shield is �the departure of Assad�. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in a speech dedicated to Jerusalem in Istanbul, on Tuesday November 29th:

And we entered Syria with the Free Syrian Army�Why did we enter? We entered to put a stop to the rule of the tyrant Assad, who terrorises the Syrians with the state of terrorism. Our entry was not for any other reason (Russia Today, 29/11/2016).

But before the echo of his voice (rhetoric) subsided, he backed down to appease Russia, which bombards Aleppo day and night! He thus later said that Operation Euphrates Shield continues in Syria under the leadership of the Turkish Armed Forces and is not aimed at a person or a particular country:

�This ongoing operation since August 24th is targeting terrorist organizations� (TRT Arabic, 1/12/2016).

Russia was aware that Erdogan�s statement of Assad�s departure was empty of meaning; the Russian Foreign Minister had commented on the statement on Thursday, 1st December, by saying:

Moscow relies on the practical field on the agreements that have been reached between the presidents of the two countries, which are being implemented, and not on unilateral statements that are raised often (Russia Today, 1/12/2016).

On 7/12/2016, during Yildirim�s visit to Moscow, he stated clearly in an interview with the Russian Interfax news agency that Operation Euphrates Shield is not linked to what is happening in the center of the city of Aleppo, and has nothing to do with the process of changing the Syrian regime (Gulf Online, 7/12/2016).

Fourth: Thus, America coordinates fully with Russia in the brutal attacks and it is she who is behind Operation Euphrates Shield, which aims to withdraw factions of the Aleppo Front to the actions of the Operation Euphrates Shield and then weaken the Aleppo Front, as well as sponsoring the suspicious negotiations of its factions with Russia, and it is also behind the crowds of Iran and its followers.

America is behind preventing the opposition from getting effective weaponry and what was published by the media today (7/12/2016) does not change a thing, in that the US House of Representatives had passed a bill allowing President-elect Donald Trump�s administration to send land-to-air anti-aircraft missiles to opposition factions in Syria.

The Washington Post reported that the draft resolution includes some restrictions on the transfer of these weapons (Al-Arabiya, 7/12/2016). He came at �injury time� after the near destruction of Aleppo, and it is questionable that it will happen, though if it happens, it would be a disarmed weapon! It will be used only with permission from the enemy of Islam and Muslims, and the question must be asked: do thorns produce grapes?

Moreover, this draft law is passed not to be implemented now, but in the era of Trump who announced to prevent arms for the opposition before the start of his reign! It is yet more misinformation and great falsehood.

We say in closing:

With all this, however much Aleppo is hit with destruction, it will rise again, and the whole Land of Ash-Sham and Aleppo, in particular, will remain a poisoned dagger in the throat of America, Russia, their followers and supporters. It will give them sleepless nights and kill them due to their crimes.

They will not enjoy the victory they want, if they are not able to enter a country only after it is destroyed then it is an imaginary victory, and if they defeat a fighter only after his martyrdom, it is a defeated victory. And if they gather the devastating rockets and explosive barrels and armies of hundreds or a few thousand, but cannot meet them (fighters) only by air and warships launchers, this is the victory of the coward terrified of meeting men, the real men, such victory will not last.

The United States, Russia and their alliances and their followers want to repeat their monstrous crimes following their fellow brothers, the Crusaders and the Mongol and Tatars in their crimes in Iraq and Ash-Sham, but they did not take heed in their fate. They were uprooted by the Muslims from their country and the Muslims rose again, and the pride of Islam and Muslims returned, and their Khilafah was strengthened and they opened Hercules�s city and it became the city of Islam, �Istanbul,� and they advanced on near Moscow and knocked on the doors of Vienna, days will see the change, and tomorrow is close to the one awaiting it.

News of the election of Donald Trump as America�s president created noise and clamour in the whole world and his election shocked the financial markets in Europe, Asia and America. In addition, German Chancellor Merkel expressed her reservation about his election, stipulating his respect for democratic principles and values for the continuation of cooperation with him. The French president also expressed his reserve about Trump�s statements which oppose common shared values, whilst European foreign ministers called for a meeting to be held to discuss the ramifications of his election.

As for what Trump�s election means for the Muslim masses? Then there will be nothing new in respect to the furnace of animosity of the head of Kufr (disbelief), America, towards Islam and the Muslims. Was Obama �the democrat� a friend of the Muslims?! Or his Republican predecessor Bush Jr?! Have the American policies across consecutive rulers in the White House held anything for Islam and the Muslims other than deep-rooted hostility and unabating continuous scheming to control and dominate our lands, steal our wealth, plunder our natural resources, support despotic rulers and exert effort to prevent the return of the Muslim�s unity under the shade of the rightly guided Khilafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood?

George Bush previously declared a crusader war against the Muslims when he launched his aggressions against our people in Afghanistan whilst his war in Iraq exposed his determination to destroy it. Then Obama came and attempted to deceive the Muslims with his embellished speeches in Ankara and Cairo in 2009 and in Jakarta 2010. That was before he bared his teeth through his complete support for the murderer of Damascus in an attempt to suppress the revolution of Ash-Shaam.  Even though he had criticised George Bush for the use of drone planes, whilst he was on the side of the opposition, he nevertheless, after assuming the rule, escalated the rate of attacks by drones; spreading terror, murder and destruction in the corners of the Muslim lands from Afghanistan, Pakistan to Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and Syria �

Yes, we are addressing this from the basis of the Islamic Aqeedah (belief) and consequently we will not see anything from the rulers of America except deep-rooted animosity and hostility against Islam and the Muslims. That is regardless of the superficial changes in the faces of the occupants of the White House because the firmly rooted reality is that America will continue in its transgressions in respect to its policy that aims to fight against Islam and Muslims. Regardless of its apparent might, this will never continue without end, the falsehood (Baatil) will perish as the days revolve amongst the people (in terms of difficulties). When the Muslims hold fast, with their Iman, to their Rabb (Lord), prefer the pleasure of Allah to this temporary life, and support the cause of Allah via the work for the implementation of His Shar�a. That is because they are capable of saving mankind from the woes and afflictions of America and take the people out of the darkness of Kufr (disbelief) into the light of Islam, from the oppression of the capitalist civilisation to the justice of Islam, and from the narrowness of the life of this world into the vast expanses of the Hereafter. This is His promise and it is the promise of Al-Haqq (truth), and hopefully it will be soon.

What Else is Expecting Peace for Syria through Putin, if not a Delirium?

Yesterday the 23rd World Energy Congress was held in Istanbul, and President Erdogan stated the following at his opening speech at the Congress, which was also joined by Russian leader Putin: "Distinguished heads of state, distinguished guests coming from all across the world, I am calling on you! Let�s join forces to bring peace to Syria, Iraq, and the Middle East." Following the Summit, Erdogan and Putin held a meeting to discuss the situation of Syria and Aleppo, and the Operation Euphrates Shield and subsequently held a joint press conference. Both leaders declared that they agree on developing cooperation on the issues of Syria and Iraq, and particularly on energy.

Media published en mass pictures of the warm attitudes between Erdogan and Putin, who visited Turkey for the first time after the plane crisis. This visit, which comes during a period where Russia continues its massacres in Syria and the Syrian regime levels Aleppo with the ground, is mocking the emotions and values of the Turkish and people and the whole Ummah. By inviting Putin to Turkey and making energy agreements, Erdogan sustains his duty as a conductor, as the Turkish people's and the whole Ummah's anger towards Putin is still continuing. The President thinks that the anger of the Muslims towards Putin will cool off through such initiatives. So we ask him; is Putin not the enemy of Islam and the Muslims? Is Russia not a colonial state that occupied Syria, Chechnya, Afghanistan and the Crimea? Have the news about the inhumane practices and slaughter in the occupied regions not reached you? Putin might be a valuable leader for you; however the Muslims will always know him as the enemy of Islam and the killer of Muslims. Expecting to bring tranquillity and peace to Syria and Iraq with child murderer Putin is a big delirium, for the Syrian people knows at leas as well as you that Putin is Obama's associate.

While the President said,  "We talked about the Euphrates Shield operation and evaluated ways we can cooperate", the Russian leader stated, "Together with the Turkish president we agreed to do everything to support de Mistura�s initiative on the withdrawal of military units, which refuse to lay down their arms..." These statements by the President and by Putin are the clear indicator for the Operation Euphrates Shield being carried out in cooperation with international forces. Because both Russia and the USA have supported the Operation Euphrates Shield. Consequently the Euphrates Shield is not a victory, but rather a conspiracy operation towards Aleppo. Here we ask; are these explanations not the proof for the conspiracy against Aleppo? Are these explanations not the confession of the proxy war fought together with Russia in order to implement the American solution plan in Syria.

O Muslims! The leaders of Turkey regard it an honor to shake the bloody hand of Putin despite his massacres in Aleppo. And they see the cooperation with Russia, the occupier of Syria and the Crimea, as a success in foreign politics. They depict providing common solutions with the enemies of Islam for the Muslim lands as a strategy. They deem conducting a proxy war in Jarablus on behalf of America a great victory. However; these their deeds hurts our hearts and the hearts of the people of Aleppo, Daraa, Idlib and Sham. We expose these conspiracies. And you must not allow these insidious plans to succeed. Help those who struggle to make Bilad as-Sham the centre of Dar al-Islam which will be the starting point for the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood.
