Those who claimed to Support you have lied to you But the Guide who is Truthful to the People has been Truthful to you�So who will you follow?

The trilateral meeting between Russia, Iran and Turkey, came out with the so-called "statement of Moscow," (Syria Accord) which included items agreed upon by the three countries, the most notable: is that the priority in Syria is to fight "terrorism" and not to overthrow the regime, and the exclusion of a military solution to what they see as the crisis in Syria, and to start new negotiations between the opposition and the regime, in an effort to reach an agreement between them.

The meeting came during the evacuation process of the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Aleppo from the civilians and revolutionaries. This process was preceded by meetings between the factions� leaders of the opposition and Russia in Ankara, which confirms that the "surrendering" of Aleppo began since the start of these meetings. Now there are leaks about meetings between Ankara and opposition factions taking place to arrange what was agreed on in the trilateral meeting, and this explains the news of mergers taking place inside Syria. It appears clearly to be a sieving process for the factions into two groups: moderate and extremist, those pleased with the political solution and the Western project of the civil state are the moderates and those who reject this solution are the extremist.

It has become clear that the West view the "surrendering" of Aleppo as a beginning of a new phase. Turkey exposed itself by standing on the side of the killers of Muslims on Ash-Sham, and what was hidden has come into the open at this stage, which the West thinks it is the beginning of implementing a political solution that it  imposed on the people of Ash-Sham after all the bombardment and destruction, murder and displacement that they suffered, this phase, which the West considers as the beginning of the fall of the revolution, and in order to prevent the imminent danger  facing the tyrant and his regime in Ash-Sham as they claim, and believe, but it will not come true, Allah Aziz al-Hakim is willing.

Your duty O people of Ash-Sham is not to allow the �surrendering� of Aleppo to be the end of the revolution, but let it be truly the beginning of a new phase, not what the enemies of Allah want, But as what Allah (swt) wants. The stage will cut out the influence of the Kaffir West from our country and our revolution, so that our decision will be in our hands, a stage that will see the end of the tragedy of the link to the supporting countries; who were the first to let down those whom they support. Make it the beginning of the stage to embrace the great project of Islam, the clear project with which we can bring down the criminal system and replace it with the righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham, the Abode of Islam:

These meetings, taking place in Ankara, and their resulting "surrendering" of Aleppo, and plans drawn in them, like the fight against what they call "terrorism" and the start of negotiations. All this confirms that it is time to bring back the revolution as the Ummah�s revolution and not a revolution of factions that can be bought and sold. It is time that the faithful take their role and have their say. It is time that the people of Ash-Sham are aware of what was missing in their revolution, which is the aware and sincere political leadership that has a clear political project emanating from the doctrine of "?? ??? ??? ???? ???? ???? ????" "There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is the Messenger of Allah".

Hizb ut Tahrir, which offers you this, it offers you the Righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) project extracted from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw). Hizb ut Tahrir proved its political awareness during this revolution, and its ability to lead. It was the first to warn of what is being plotted in the corridors of politics, and it explained the risk of political money since the start of this blessed revolution. Also it did not hesitate to warn of the danger of the role played by countries that claim their friendship of the revolution of Ash-Sham, and it proclaimed the truth and rejected all truces, which paved the way to what is planned by the enemies, a comprehensive truce, as it refused all negotiations between the opposition and the regime, and it explained that surrendering our issues to our enemies is political suicide. With all this, it is only worthy that sincere elements in the factions and influential give the leadership to Hizb ut Tahrir, so as to preserve the pure blood, so that they only be spilled for the sake of Allah (swt), and to steer Ash-Sham�s revolution to safety and to save it from being lost after being abandoned. O Muslims! The Only Way to Protect the Rohingya Muslims is to mobilize our Military for Jihad to Liberate Arakan under the Leadership of the Khilafah (Caliphate)

The regime in Myanmar is killing, maiming, burning and raping the Rohingya Muslims. And the Hasina regime in Bangladesh is acting as a partner in this genocide, refusing to give them shelter and pushing them back at gun point to the hands of their killers, disregarding the command of Allah (swt),

�But if they ask you for help in respect of the?deen, it is your duty to help them� [Al-Anfaal: 72]

The regime claims that its actions are for protecting the national security of the country from these defenceless people! What nation? What national security? RasulAllah (saw) said, �???????? ??? ????? ?? ??? ?????� �Muslims are one Ummah to the exclusion of all others.� The idea of nation state is a Kufr concept. Islam forbids nationalism; there is no place in Islam for the idea that Muslims be divided along national/ethnic lines, each having their own state, one for the Bengalis, one for Pakistanis, another for the Syrians and another for Jordanians, etc. Muslims are one Ummah, they are to have one state, their land is one, their war is one and their peace is one� Thus when the Muslims of Afghanistan come under enemy attack for example, the Muslims of Pakistan have to come in their defence. And likewise, when the Muslims of Arakan are under attack the Muslims of Bangladesh have to come in their defence�

However, claiming to �protect national security� is a smokescreen in any case. Not long ago Sheikh Hasina declared her support for India against Pakistan over the issue of Kashmir. What was the national security imperative in that case? The truth is that the Hasina regime by its nature is an enemy to Islam and the Muslims. Sheikh Hasina and her regime are fighting Islam and Muslims inside the country. So it is nothing unexpected from them to hand over the Rohingya Muslims to the enemy.

O Muslims!

What is required to save and protect your Rohingya brothers and sisters is mobilizing the Bangladesh military for Jihad under the leadership of the Khilafah in order to liberate Arakan from the belligerent regime in Myanmar and the thuggish Buddhist monks. Rallying and making demands to this regime to come to their aid is of no benefit. Instead of making demands to this regime (or the UN or the international community), what you must do is to demand from the military officers to remove this regime and transfer the authority to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah. This is the demand that you ought to make in your rallies and meetings. Your demand has to be to the cantonments, not the government. And you have to also convey this demand to the officers that you are acquainted with, the officers who are your family members, relatives and friends� Meet with them, put pressure on them to act and increase the pressure upon them. Establishing the Khilafah is what will solve the problem from the root and it is the effective durable solution. Otherwise the aggressors will keep launching their aggression upon them every time they feel like and the deaf-dumb-blind regime here will keep pushing them back to the hands of the aggressors. We have seen before the same situation that we are seeing now.

RasulAllah (saw) said, �???????? ?????????? ??????? ????????? ???? ????????? ????????????� �Only the Imam (the Khaleefah) is a shield, from behind whom one would fight, and by whom one would protect oneself.� [Sahih Muslim]

The Khilafah state is the only state that ever protected the Muslims. You have in the history of this region an example of that. In 711 CE, when a group of Muslim traders were sailing in the Indian Ocean from Ceylon near the coast of Sindh, their ship was looted and they were captured and taken prisoners. The news reached the capital of the Khilafah and Khaleefah Walid bin Abdul Malik instructed his governor Hujjaj bin Yusuf to demand compensation from the ruler of Sindh and rescue the Muslims. An army was dispatched led by one of the most brilliant sons of the Ummah, the young general Muhammad bin Qasim. When the Khilafah�s army reached Debal (near modern day Karachi), Muhammad bin Qasim presented his demands to Raja Dahir. The Raja resisted the demand and was defeated by the Muslims and his kingdom was captured. This event then became a catalyst for Fateh al-Hind. What a contrast to the Hasina regime which pushes the Muslims into the sea to perish!

O Sincere Officers in the Bangladesh Military!

RasulAllah (saw) was performing tawaf around the Ka�ba saying, �????? ?? ?? ??? ?? ?????? ????? ?????? ??????? ???? ??? ???? ???? ???� ��How great and exalted you are! How great and exalted your sanctity is! But by Him in Whose Hand is Muhammad�s soul, the sanctity of a believer�s blood and property in the sight of Allah is greater than your sanctity!� [Targhib wa�l Tarhib of Imam al-Mundhiri, 3/276]

It is your duty to protect this sanctity of the Muslims� blood and property. Overthrow this regime at once and transfer the authority to us; the honorable Ameer of the Hizb will assume the post of the Khaleefah and lead you in Jihad to liberate your brothers and sisters. Are you not hearing the cries of your brothers and sisters? Are you not seeing the shedding of their blood and destruction of their properties? Do you not feel their pain? Do you not have any feeling of love and affection towards them? We know you do indeed love your brothers and sisters, you do feel their pain, and you are seeing their plight and hearing their cries. Therefore do not betray yourselves. Nor deceive yourselves with the false excuse that you have to be loyal to the constitution and perform only the duties that are assigned by the government. This constitution is not worth the piece of paper it is written on, the regime which drafted this constitution does not even abide by it. Break free from the shackles of the regime which sends you to UN missions in the name of peacekeeping in far lands and yet it does not command you to protect your brothers and sisters next-door. Do not have any fear of what the consequences might be, put your trust in Allah (swt) and you will be successful insha�Allah.

O Allah! Raise some courageous men among the officers of this country who receive this call of ours and respond to it, to free our brothers and sisters from the enemy and free us from the tyranny of tyrant Hasina. Ameen

Where are the brave men in the Muslim armies who say "By Allah, No One Terrorizes Muslim Children While We Are Alive!�?!

There has been consecutive warnings by human rights and humanitarian organizations and committees at the start of the military operation in Mosul on Monday, 17/10/2016, of an imminent humanitarian catastrophe in the city, and an onset of a bloodbath of civilians and of using them as human shields. According to Save the Children, more than half a million children in Mosul are at risk of dying, while the United Nations has warned that there are 1.5 million people in danger in the city, nearly half of them are children. Samina Gul, the regional Director of War Child, said: �The boys and girls we support can face a range of problems, from long-term psychological trauma, sexual assault, recruitment to militias and disruption to education. War Child will be dealing with thousands of children fleeing the fighting in Mosul. It is crucial the international community therefore provides the necessary support to ensure these children are protected from harm.�

War after war and massacres after massacres and bloodshed are increasing in Muslim countries, sweeping through cities and villages. After Yemen and Fallujah, Aleppo and other areas, now the people of Mosul are killed and displaced and their homes are destroyed over their heads, and its children fall victim to the ambitions of America and its colonial interests who uses its aircrafts and its agents to fulfill its interests under the flimsy pretext of the elimination of ISIS. However, it is no secret to anyone with sight that America does not care about the blood of the innocent in Mosul, nor in other Muslim countries, nor is it concerned in ending their suffering and oppression that befell them when the city came under the control of ISIS two years ago. However it is only interested in achieving its interests, especially now that the presidential elections are at the door step, and the president and his party are looking for an achievement after they failed to achieve any success in Ash-Sham. Furthermore, it continues working to implement its fatal plan to divide Iraq on a sectarian basis.

They (the Muslims in Mosul) have also fallen victim to armed organizations and sectarian militias belonging to the West. The media reported the news of massacres committed by ISIS against civilians and of intimidation of the population and of using them as human shields. The spokeswoman for the UN Office for Human Rights, said on Friday, 21/10/2016, "ISIS fighters led 550 families out of the villages around the Iraqi city of Mosul and held them near their sites in the city, probably to be used as human shields" (Sky News Arabia). On the other hand, video releases showed the militia and Iraqi soldiers torturing children in Mosul and beating them severely during their interrogation.

It is strange that the terrorism of "terrorist" organizations is visible, while the "terrorism" of America and Russia is overlooked! Isn�t what America has done in Iraq since 2003, and the massacres it committed in Afghanistan, Vietnam, Syria and other areas, and what it is now perpetrating in Mosul, the terror itself?! Isn�t what Russia is committing of brutal bombings on Syria, particularly Aleppo, with the consent of America, terrorism� indeed extending beyond terrorism?!

O Muslim Armies:

The Earth is about to be split apart and the sky is about to split and the mountains are about to collapse from the horror of what befell your brothers and sisters in Syria and Iraq, why won�t you wake up?! Muslims are killed in front of you with your knowledge, yet you do not lift a finger?! Do you obey the orders of your criminal rulers, and participate in killing of your brothers and in implementation of America�s plans, and you do not respond to the call of your Lord?

 Where are the brave men who say, "By Allah, no one terrorizes Muslim children while we are alive!�It is better for you to mobilize and help your vulnerable brothers and sisters and topple the oppressors� thrones who made you as tools to implement America�s plans, and to establish the second righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood on its ruins; and by that you will gain the glory in this world and the Hereafter.

The Republic is an English Project Imposed on us in Lausanne

29th of October, Republic celebrations are carried out during this particular period when the aftershocks of the coup attempt are still felt, system discussions, internal conflicts, terrorist attacks, struggles, poverty and distrust still rule over peoples' lives. The Republic, allegedly build upon the people�s will, has been imposed on the Muslim population and has provided nothing but godlessness, poverty, chaos and tyranny. The Republic has been established by the local co-operators on the prerequisite of abolishing the Ottoman State and the Khilafah, it is an English project brought together in order to fight Islam and entrench secularism in Turkey. For the English demanded from Turkey after World War I its most valuable treasure, its pillar, that kept the Ummah united, the Khilafah, supposedly to liberate us. Appointed by Mustapha Kamal, Ismet In�nu was offered four secret terms for independence by the English Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Lord Curzon in the Lausanne meetings. These were: the total abolishment of the Khilafah, exile of the Khalif, confiscation of all of the Khalif's property and establishing a state based on secularism in other words the Republic.

This treasonous agreement which no Muslim could accept, was heavily opposed by the members of the parliament. Because what Mustapha Kamal and Ismet In�nu would give to the English was what the Muslims fought for centuries, was priceless. But Mustapha Kamal who established the Republic through trickery, intrigue and force, stood and said in 29th of October in the parliament: "We have to change this system. And I have decided it to be a Republic which is led by an elected president". So like that the Republic was established and imposed upon the Muslims. However, the English did not sign the Treaty of Lausanne until the Khilafah was abolished on the 3^rd of March 1924. Even this is enough to confirm that the establishment of the Republic and the abolishment of the Khilafah is related to Lausanne.

O Muslims! The Republic is not, like it is propagated to you, a system that gives the authority to the people. Quite the opposite it is established through force, imposition, trickery and intrigue. It is a system, rotten to its core, the English chose in order to implement their imperialist plans. We know the Republic from its Independence Courts, Takrir-i Sukun laws, from Sheikh Sait, from Atif Hoja Iskilipii, from the Turkish Adhans, from the gallows erected on the city squares, from Keriman Halis who attended beauty contests, from the poverty, from godlessness and from the greatest lie of our time, democracy. The Republic is not a system established in Ankara in the parliament, it�s an English project imposed in Lausanne. We did not only lose land with agreeing to the Treaty of Lausanne, we lost something more important - our Khilafah that kept the Ummah standing and shielded the Muslims! The English did not only take our authority on Mosul in Lausanne. They took away Islam and the Quran from our lives by establishing the Republic and abolishing the Khilafah. Then why do you still look up to this rotten system? Democratic Parliamentary System and the Democratic Presidential System are both nothing but the variants of the secular Republic. The Muslims' real project is the Khilafah Rashidah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood that will soon be established. Then work for the Khilafah and support those who work for it.
