"Ceasefire" an Alleged Victory, Rather a Confirmed Surrender

After repeated appeals to unite the factions to confront the danger impending the revolution of Ash-Sham, here they are, its leaders have finally united, but for a cease-fire with the violator of the honors and the murderer of children, women and elderly. So, they folded six years of sacrifices, and cast aside the martyrs� rivers of the blood. Though, they are who promised them a victory or martyrdom and pledged them allegiance for jihad for the sake of Allah, but the will of the supporters refused except to break their promise and countermand their allegiance, turning them into brokers in the filthy market of negotiations.

There is no doubt that reaching the ceasefire was the result of American-Russian understandings, and was one of the decisions of Vienna over a year ago, and America was able to achieve it through the Russia and Turkey pincer jaws, to translate on the ground into this shameful and humiliating agreement, and to put the revolution on the massacre of political negotiations in order to reach to the American political solution that is embodied in the secular democratic civil state, while maintaining the instruments of killing and destruction represented in the army and security. And even to work to join militant factions to this criminal entity to be in one trench against the people of Ash-Sham.

The acceptance of this agreement makes the enemies of yesterday friends today, and yesterday�s brothers today�s enemies, and will create a great rift between them, paving a fighting, that neither leaves nothing, nor does it spare, between those support it and the rejecters. And this is what the Kaffir West wants, and they will not fail to find excuses for it. In addition, the ceasefire would be one sided, and this side is the factions who signed it, while the factions rejecting it are targeted under the pretext of fighting terrorism. This means the continuing of the bombing and destruction and the continuing of the suffering, while the tyrant of Ash-Sham regains his legitimacy, and enjoys security and safety, and even the safeguard from his alleged enemies.

O Muslims in the land of Ash-Sham the abode of Islam:

The conspirators on Ash-Sham revolution, and those linked to them of the leaders of the factions, wanted the loss of Aleppo to be a trauma that lead us to abandon our revolution and to eliminate it and our confidence in ourselves. So, they rushed to approve their fatal solution, trying to justify it with the preservation of blood and end the suffering of the people. However, the truth is that the blood of our sons and our martyrs were belittled by the leaders of the factions who consented the crime to infanticide the revolution. The honors of our women have cheapen on them, but above all this and that, they belittled the Deen of Allah Almighty, as they accepted the negotiations on the secular democratic basis of separating religion from life. All that is the results of the dirty political money and the link to supporters who achieved politically what their masters were unable of military, and the results of us abandoning the obligation of accountability represented by enjoying what is good and forbidding what is evil ... So, catch up, O wise, with your ship before it sinks, for the breach has widened and expanded, build your wall before it collapses, and take on their hands before we all perish. Do not turn away, so as not to inflict you the established way of replacement, and beware not to be like those described by the Almighty when He says:

�And do not be like she who untwisted her spun thread after it was strong�� [An-Nahl: 92] 

And know that Allah is encompassing of the plots of the Unbelievers, and that the Almighty accomplishes His promise of victory and empowerment for His believing sincere servants. Allah (swt) says:

Those who claimed to Support you have lied to you But the Guide who is Truthful to the People has been Truthful to you�So who will you follow?

The trilateral meeting between Russia, Iran and Turkey, came out with the so-called "statement of Moscow," (Syria Accord) which included items agreed upon by the three countries, the most notable: is that the priority in Syria is to fight "terrorism" and not to overthrow the regime, and the exclusion of a military solution to what they see as the crisis in Syria, and to start new negotiations between the opposition and the regime, in an effort to reach an agreement between them.

The meeting came during the evacuation process of the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Aleppo from the civilians and revolutionaries. This process was preceded by meetings between the factions� leaders of the opposition and Russia in Ankara, which confirms that the "surrendering" of Aleppo began since the start of these meetings. Now there are leaks about meetings between Ankara and opposition factions taking place to arrange what was agreed on in the trilateral meeting, and this explains the news of mergers taking place inside Syria. It appears clearly to be a sieving process for the factions into two groups: moderate and extremist, those pleased with the political solution and the Western project of the civil state are the moderates and those who reject this solution are the extremist.

It has become clear that the West view the "surrendering" of Aleppo as a beginning of a new phase. Turkey exposed itself by standing on the side of the killers of Muslims on Ash-Sham, and what was hidden has come into the open at this stage, which the West thinks it is the beginning of implementing a political solution that it  imposed on the people of Ash-Sham after all the bombardment and destruction, murder and displacement that they suffered, this phase, which the West considers as the beginning of the fall of the revolution, and in order to prevent the imminent danger  facing the tyrant and his regime in Ash-Sham as they claim, and believe, but it will not come true, Allah Aziz al-Hakim is willing.

Your duty O people of Ash-Sham is not to allow the �surrendering� of Aleppo to be the end of the revolution, but let it be truly the beginning of a new phase, not what the enemies of Allah want, But as what Allah (swt) wants. The stage will cut out the influence of the Kaffir West from our country and our revolution, so that our decision will be in our hands, a stage that will see the end of the tragedy of the link to the supporting countries; who were the first to let down those whom they support. Make it the beginning of the stage to embrace the great project of Islam, the clear project with which we can bring down the criminal system and replace it with the righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham, the Abode of Islam:

These meetings, taking place in Ankara, and their resulting "surrendering" of Aleppo, and plans drawn in them, like the fight against what they call "terrorism" and the start of negotiations. All this confirms that it is time to bring back the revolution as the Ummah�s revolution and not a revolution of factions that can be bought and sold. It is time that the faithful take their role and have their say. It is time that the people of Ash-Sham are aware of what was missing in their revolution, which is the aware and sincere political leadership that has a clear political project emanating from the doctrine of "?? ??? ??? ???? ???? ???? ????" "There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is the Messenger of Allah".

Hizb ut Tahrir, which offers you this, it offers you the Righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) project extracted from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw). Hizb ut Tahrir proved its political awareness during this revolution, and its ability to lead. It was the first to warn of what is being plotted in the corridors of politics, and it explained the risk of political money since the start of this blessed revolution. Also it did not hesitate to warn of the danger of the role played by countries that claim their friendship of the revolution of Ash-Sham, and it proclaimed the truth and rejected all truces, which paved the way to what is planned by the enemies, a comprehensive truce, as it refused all negotiations between the opposition and the regime, and it explained that surrendering our issues to our enemies is political suicide. With all this, it is only worthy that sincere elements in the factions and influential give the leadership to Hizb ut Tahrir, so as to preserve the pure blood, so that they only be spilled for the sake of Allah (swt), and to steer Ash-Sham�s revolution to safety and to save it from being lost after being abandoned. At dawn on 1/1/2017, a Security Council Resolution was passed: �It was unanimously agreed on the decision of the ceasefire agreement in Syria brokered by Russia and Turkey. The Security Council's decision called for speed in the delivery of humanitarian supplies to the inhabitants of the areas in need ...� (BBC Arabic at dawn of 1/1/2017). �The resolution, which bears the number 2336, confirmed that the Security Council took note of the Russian-Turkish document without adopting it, and it pointed out that it supports Moscow and Ankara's efforts to end the violence in Syria and return to the political process to resolve the crisis�� (AlJazeera, 23:24 Mecca time, 31/12/2016). Thus the Security Council welcomed the decision of the ceasefire agreement in Syria, which was negotiated by agents of America in the Syrian crisis: Russia, Turkey and Iran, and factions that participated in the negotiations in Ankara. This welcome by the Security Council is the result of the betrayal and abandonment deal, that Erdogan�s regime carries its sin by pushing the factions to withdraw from Aleppo and surrendered it to the tyrant�s regime, in the humiliating deal concluded by Erdogan with Putin in St. Petersburg in August 2016, which led today to a new tragic agreement consisting of three parts: cease fire, monitoring of violations, and negotiations in Astana 23/1/2017 based on the Geneva I statement.

These treacherous stages have passed on three fronts until this agreement had been reached: America assigned Iran the role in the first phase and to its party and supporters, but they failed and the regime was on the verge of collapse. In the second phase, America assigned the role to criminal Russia, which used all the brutal weapons however, it did not succeed in eliminating the determined resistance.  The finale came with Turkey�s entrance to the field, because its ruler controls the many factions of the north. He followed the evil path to the end, and ignited the front of the �shield of the Euphrates�, and he pulled out many fighters for it, before ordering the remaining factions linked to him to withdraw from Aleppo in a catastrophe that did not occur in a Muslim country before; i.e. a forced immigration of people from their homes, and by whom? By the one who chanted repeatedly slogans of red lines and more red ones, and then Aleppo was surrendered in a scandalous and exposed process, and Erdogan and his cronies and factions that responded to him will all bear its sin. The factions then negotiated the loss of their country and complied with its enemies, not in the darkness of the night, but in broad daylight, and they forgot or pretended to forget the blood that was shed and the sanctities that were violated, and the abodes that were ruined - its people, trees, and rocks. They forget or pretended to forget their deception to the people to liberate them from the regime and its cronies and from its oppression and criminality.

It is one of the gravest afflictions that Erdogan�s regime sits at the same table with Putin, in a humiliating and disgraceful sell-out deal, the sale of Aleppo and the people of Aleppo and what will come after Aleppo, and he treats it as victory and congratulates Putin for it! It is one of the gravest afflictions that Iran adds to the crimes of Russia, and double its savagery and brutality, and competes with Russia in the massacres and death tolls! It is one of the gravest afflictions to hand over Aleppo to the tyrant�s regime, according to the Geneva decision that those factions, which sold their Deen cheaply, must share the miserable governance with the regime�s cronies, and undo all their hard work, after almost eliminating the regime! It is a one of the gravest afflictions that rulers in Muslim countries race to welcome the deadly and ominous negotiations in Astana, and Geneva and the linked deals to them, instead of supporting the people of Ash-Sham; but how can this happen when they are tightly bonded to the bond of treason... May Allah destroy them, how they are deluded!

Dear people in Ash-Sham: Aleppo�s snow has melted; the sins of the agent rulers and factions, and it became clear to all who have sight, even to the visionary who lost sight, no blur remains in the eyes, but it is as clear as daylight for all who can see ... You were deceived by the rulers, especially the neighbours, in particular Erdogan of Turkey, and especially those factions that handed over Aleppo and other than Aleppo in response to the money of those rogue traitors... O people of Ash-Sham you have been bitten from the first truce signed by the factions, and from the first forced migration campaign that they carry its sin, you were bitten by Erdogan from the first red line (promise) he broke, and from the first promise that Hama will not be repeated twice, then his promise vanished. The believer is not bitten from the same hole twice, so how is it when you have been repeatedly bitten by the neighbouring rulers and beyond? How is it when you have been bitten from many factions, who were fighting each other before your eyes instead of fighting the one they came out to fight, and call for unity but do not unite, and claim to renounce division but they are deeply divided, and revile the people of dirty money but think that taking that money is a virtue!

These factions will not protect any land unless they realize the disease and then treat it with the cure, and the cure is their unity, not division. But the unity is not all talk that is not followed by actions, and this will not be unless the factions unite behind a sincere political leadership on the basis of Islam, recitation this noble verse is not enough: ?????????????? ???????? ??????? ???????? ????? ???????????? �And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided�[Al-i-Imran: 103]. But thinking and reflection upon it is necessary: ???????? ?????????????? ?????????? �Then do they not reflect upon the Qur'an, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?�[Muhammad: 24].

What ensures unity is holding on to the rope of Allah (swt), so the factions must have honest political leadership that adheres to the rope of Allah (swt), leading them to the one straight line, the great line of Islam ... Thus eliminating division, and straightening the rows. But if they unite behind the leadership that does not fear Allah, and adhere to rulers who do not fear Allah, the disease will remain and intensify, and the division will remain and spread, and then they will not stop any tyrant, and will not deter any criminal, as we have seen in Aleppo and other than Aleppo, and they will be the ladder used by the agent rulers, and pave the way for deadly agreements, even though they showed their unity, as we saw in the Ankara agreements, their unity meant "the signing of the united factions�.

Our ancestors have been subjected to some of this, after abandoning the truth they carried, they have suffered as a result... They separated from the truth which was brought by the Messenger of Allah (saw), at the time of the Crusaders, they lost Al-Quds the place of Isra� and Mi�raj of the Prophet (saw) ... and they separated from the truth at the time of the Tartars and lost the capital of the Khilafah, Baghdad ... and they divided and differed in the early years of the last century, and the Khilafah was lost and Al-Quds was lost again... However in the first and second times they knew the disease and took the cure and returned a great nation and opened Constantinople and it became the city of Islam, and they approached the abode of the tyrant Putin, and knocked on the gates of Europe, east and west, from the Battle of Tours at the gates of France, to the gates of Vienna ...  It is an attainable matter to return as strong and victorious with the same cure,  and expel the Kaffir colonialists and their adherents from Syria and other lands of Islam, and we regain Al-Quds, and eliminate the usurper Jewish entity of the Blessed Land, and spread the good not only in the lands of Islam, but also in the surrounding areas, and achieve the promise of Allah of ruling and empowerment.

O Muslims, O our people in Ash-Sham, to all of the revolutionaries: We offer you this cure and address you with it, there is no excuse or justification left, we are overwhelmed with misfortunes that surround us, should we not learn the lesson?!

The Fall of Halab (Aleppo) Represents the Beginning of a Stage and not the End of the Revolution

What has taken place in Halab in terms of collective massacres, street executions and the demolishing of houses upon the heads of those who live in them, is nothing new for the America, the West or Russia. What happened in Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq is not far from our memories. The West has got used to destroying Muslim lands, one land after another because it feels assured that the Muslim armies are shackled to their rulers and will never be able to mobilise.

Our people in Halab are being killed before the eyes of the whole world: Those who claim friendship to the Syrian people and those who are hostile to them. And we have not seen any serious movement from the United Nations or international community which exposes their civilisation established upon the skulls of humanity and the fraudulence of their claims about guaranteeing human rights and his freedoms...  Our people in Halab are being killed before the eyes of the Muslims' rulers, those who remain motionless and their dead consciences are not moved by the cries of the noble women or the children�s corpses...  Our people in Halab are being killed before the eyes of the leaderships of the fighting brigades from whom we have not seen any serious efforts to save them...  The cries of those seeking relief in Halab have been raised high and yet the sense of honour was not moved within those who pretend fraudulently that they have established the Khilafah whilst they know nothing about it apart from its name. Indeed, all stood with their arms crossed watching the people of Halab being slaughtered. Then the enemies of the people of Syria together with those who claim friendship to them and an alliance, along with the tied and compromised leaderships of the opposition fighting groups gathered together. They all met in one single trench positioned against the people of Ash-Shaam and as a consequence Halab was lost according to understandings reached between America and Russia. Halab was sold for a paltry price in the Turkish market whilst the leaderships of the fighting groups took hold of its price, thus handing Halab over to its enemies for them to ravage it. Otherwise, how can the resilience of Daariya for nearly four years be explained whilst Halab fell in a number of days?!

We did not lose Halab today but rather we lost it when the leaderships of the fighting groups followed the path of ceasefires and negotiations� We lost Halab when we accepted support based upon conditions and we ransomed our decision making and will to the donors who then set their red lines shackling us and here they are wrapped around our necks �  We lost Halab when we rejected to hold fast together upon the firmly solid rope of Allah and instead gaining control over areas and for our groups dominate dover us, in addition to holding on to privileges and positions, all at the cost of the blood of the martyrs and the suffering of our people who have been cast out �

Halab did not fall but rather every false claimant, trader, betrayer and pretender has fallen � Their masks have been shattered, their conspiring has been exposed whilst the obligation of accounting, ordering the Ma�roof and forbidding the Munkar for us to save our revolution and steer it to safe waters, has been awakened within the souls of the sincere.

The destruction of Halab is part of the American plan and Russia is no more than a heavy stick that America uses to make the regions bow and to make them submit to the political solution. However, its destruction is not the end of the revolution but rather it is the beginning of a new revolution to rectify the path. That is because the people of Ash-Shaam will never accept for the flame of their revolution to be put out. Rather it will radiate once again but upon the straight path by the permission of Allah Al-Azeez Al-Jabbaar. It will then surround and encompass the Kafir colonialists, the hypocrites and betraying traitors in a powerful manner, and that is not a difficult matter for Allah.

O patient persevering Muslims in the land of Ash-Shaam, the central homeland of Islaam: We ask Allah that this event will represent a new beginning to rectify the path and direction and will place the matters in their right place, whilst the Messenger of Allah (saw) has said: �?? ???? ?????? ?? ??? ???? ?????��The believer is not stung from the same whole twice�. You have experienced the destructive effect of the political money. You have experienced what the donors have done with your revolution and you have experienced that sincerity without awareness squanders the sacrifices and loses the fruits. Rather, all of this is a gift for the enemies of Islam; and therefore your revolution needs to cast aside all of the tied and compromised leaderships and for all of the groups to unite under a single aware and sincere leadership which defines the objective pleasing to its Lord and has a clear vision of the path to accomplish it. It will not be diverted in a reactionary manner imposed upon it by its enemies but will rather continue upon its path upon clear vision and awareness, holding fast to the rope of Allah alone, severing the ropes of those conspiring against us, the ropes which have only brought calamities upon us and to the situation that we are currently in �   So, are we content to remain proceeding upon other than guidance and having reliance on other than Allah, seeking support and victory from the enemies whilst tying ourselves to their support and decisions?!   Allah Ta�Aalaa said:

�Then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path?�[Al-Mulk: 22].

So, are we content? Or will the loss of Halab represent a warning sound that will renew our Imaan and make us flee from the plots and scheming of our enemies to our Lord, holding fast to His rope alone and relying upon Him alone, where we provide support to His Deen fully until He brings His promise to pass for us?
